hiya i’m cass! i use she/it (though i don’t really mind others) and i’m an omega. this is my miscecanis blog :) welcome!

this blog will be a combination of aesthetics, general omegaverse headcanons/worldbuilding, and miscecanis stuff. i’m particularly fond of things involving scenting, nests, and societal conventions in fictional omegaverse worlds.

For Christmas my family got me a whole line of soap, lotion, and perfume of a scent I really like and my omega is Purring Very Loudly rn my EVERYTHING is gonna smell the same. Like me. My smell. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ and they got me a linen spray too that goes with the other smell and it all smells soooo good 😊

It’s really good imo!! There’s not a ton of omegaverse mentioned but it’s definitely not zero. It’s about racecar drivers and it’s very much a drama but there’s also some stranger things elements to it? There’s 6 episodes so far of about 40 minutes each and they’re free online :)

I know that they only mention Alphas and that they have "superpowers". They aren't going to include the Omega that's in the actual novel. I think Way is his name? Cause the novel mentions mpreg and that's just a risk they can't take. At least not yet.

From my understanding, in the novel, Way is an Omega and is trying to baby-trap Babe. Cause Way can see the future right? Then Babe has heightened senses. So I guess in the story, Way wants a baby by Babe bc their powers combined would make an epic baby. Or something. Lol.

I think they has translated enough of the story in English on Wattpad if you look.

I’m not really sure, the girl I love is an omega but all my past relationships have been with alphas. I think it doesn’t really matter to me? Maybe leaning towards the alpha side of things, though having a beta mate seems like it would also be good for me because I’m quite impulsive and frequently need calming down

Jasmine and bourbon vanilla, I use a few different perfumes but they all have those two notes in them and if we produced scents for real I think that’s what I’d smell like ^-^

Thinking about how significant scarves could be in omegaverse. This may be because of how much I like scarves, but I’m going to indulge myself.

-They collect a surprisingly strong scent, since they’re around the neck so much. I suppose this could change depending on how you wear it, but at least mine collect my scent very well.

-They can protect and hide your neck and bonding gland

-They’re very easy to sniff at any time because of where they’re worn. You could even wrap it around part of your face if you really wanted a constant scent. This could be very soothing, especially if the scarf has a loved one’s scent.

-They’re also easy to steal borrow from someone else!

Scarves acting like handkerchiefs used to!!

Giving your scarf to someone with the excuse of “you seemed cold” or something, so that they can have an excuse to smell you when it’s not socially acceptable to scent them yet (like when you haven’t started courting yet).

Idk idk my ma has told me that when she was a kid if a girl was crying, or if a guy had “something on his face”, or any sort of excuse you would give them your handkerchief as a sign that you liked them. And that they were often something you embroidered yourself with a pattern personal to you or with your initials, and that you would spray them with your perfume/cologne so they could smell you when they got home.

It just seems like such a cute ritual lost to time and scarves in omegaverse could TOTALLY do the same thing (even more cute because it’s your own scent and not your perfume).

If an Omega relaxes and shows you their belly, it’s a big display of comfort and trust, and it can sometimes be a display of submission from any of the dynamics.

15. What's your favorite part of Omegaverse?

Oh man I can’t pick just one !! I think what drew me to it originally was the concept of biological/inescapable vulnerability? Like scenting and how people would always on some level know what other people are feeling. Nesting and dens and such being a super private space that you just Need.

But as I’ve become more acquainted to a/b/o as a concept the more I’m drawn to the worldbuilding. So much of our (or at least my) culture is based on gender, like family/home structure and jobs and social conventions. It’s fun to think of all the different ways our world might be different if there were two different kinds of gender and the second kind had 3 types instead of (excluding the obvious nuance of all the other ones) 2.

And sort of along those lines, it’s cool to have an AU that’s so inherently queer? Like there’s sort of no way to be cis because you still have to have a secondary gender. And depending on how you see it, packs are kind of found family/poly qprs? Idk I’m ace I like the idea of Friends Married haha
