💫1. remember crying is okay, and healthy! let it all out if you need to!
💫2. hold your stuffies, they don’t mind how tightly you hold them, they just wanna help you feel better! but make sure to give them extra love afterwards!
💫3. keep comfort items close by! your favorite stuffie, toy, blankie, or a gift that your cherish. i hold a toy that my daddy gave me, it feels like a part of him is with me!
💫4. hydrate afterwards! fill your bottle, sippy, or a cute cup with juice or (preferably) water!
💫5. dont be afraid to reach out for help and remember that you are so very loved!
