🎧Tips to help tinies/carers drink plain water:

if you are like me plain water, especially without sparkle can be hard and yucky but sometimes it's necessary so here's some tricks I use!

1. Put lemon or other fruits/veggies in your water 🍋

2. Put it in a sippy cup/baby bottle 🍼

3. Chill your water ❄️

4. Put ice in it, bonus if it's fun shapes🧊

5. let spices like mint, basil and rosemary soak in it 🌿

6. Use a straw, maybe even a silly one 🥤

7. Make a sticker sheet for each glass of water you drink ☁️

Fun Fact of the day: The first recorded gay lovers were found in ancient Egypt, they were hurried together like married couples and had drawings of their faced next to each other in their grave, which is the most intimate form of affection captured in those kind of drawings!
