Over the past 4 years of creating custom content for the sims I have made over 200 items. Since there are so many items and collections that I have released, and that issues are inevitable, I have gone through the majority of my custom content and fixed mesh issues, changed weights and maps, or just freshened up the textures and previews.

Dynastid - Default eyes for everyone.

As much as I still love my Beetle Eyes v2, as I’ve started to actually play the game more, it bothered me that theyre not as gameplay friendly as I had previously planned. So of course instead I decided to start all over and make a new eyeset in the style of the Beetle Eyes V2, but with gameplay much more in mind with a more maxis match appearance. Including much whiter sclera, slightly larger pupil and catchlight, and some cleaner textures. so if ur more of a maxis mix almost alpha kinda person, you might prefer beetle eyes still!

TUTORIAL: Getting rid of the shoulder curse

A nonny asked me earlier today how I made it so that the hair mesh isn’t affected by the size of the sim’s neck and shoulders, so I thought I might as well make a tutorial out of it.

I got this new super cropped tee because as you know - I’m an absolute sucker for layers! This is a very new update, so please let me know if you have any issues with these aside from the following: For how to use them if you haven’t previously, check the original posts. If you find EA sliders aren’t working due to these, they probably are, but on the opposite side, so are still usable. If they conflict with another creator’s sliders, I’m unable to help that I’m afraid. If another creator’s sliders aren’t working due to the patch, it’s best to contact them and give them a chance to update on  their own.

Height Slider

A slider that changes the height of a Sim in CAS.

Drag the neck up and down in front view.

Four different height body presets (Short, Medium Short, Medium Tall, & Tall) are also available in the Bodies section in case you don’t want to manually adjust height.

Disclaimers

Animations between between Sims of different heights will clip.

Occasionally the hands or feet of Sims disappear when adjusting the height. I’m still trying to figure out what causes it, but a game restart is a temporary solution.

DREAM DECORATOR SHOE FIX / DEFAULT*

For years now historians have studied why the developers of sims 4 hate feet so much…. It’s a mystery that will never truly be solved. The new shoes that came with dream decorator or whatever its called had so much potential but such TERRIBLE ANATOMY so I did a super quick reshape of them and now they’re kinda cute I guess. *This is a default replacement and requires dream decorator to work.
