"[I] had intended little more than to be a guide and teacher again, but a teacher always has lessons to learn..." -Renamo Namo (he/him)
Possessed of generational talent and the drive to pursue it, Renamo holds incredible sway magically and politically, both upon this star and its reflections. His mastery of Arcanima is second to none among the living, and has been put to use to leave the world a better place than he found it—peacefully or otherwise.
Behind the exterior of a demigod of a magician is a much more down to earth man; a father and teacher who craves more than anything to aid his only daughter in growing to the full heights of her potential. If he is there to see it is of no consequence.

More in depth history!
Renamo is the eldest child of a Lominsan merchant and a noblewoman of Ul lineage, and thus claims both Plainsfolk and Dunesfolk ancestry. Indeed, as the first child of incredible wealth, he enjoyed a wide variety of opportunities that most could only dream of. His only problem, then, was that he was not born a man. He would leave home suddenly not long after his eighteenth birthday, going to Limsa Lominsa proper to begin a new life.
That new life, of course, came with some caveats. For one, showing up to the Arcanist's Guild without a name meant he had to come up with one on the spot, one he's stuck with since even if it sounds strange to other Lalafell. He had to navigate this new life all on his own, taking advantage of the Calamity to help mask his new life. That same event removed much of the existing talent within the guild, leading to him taking on greater and greater responsibilities during his time in the guild, from an advisor to a teacher in his own right.
Ultimately, he would leave to pursue adventure. Before long, he met Ophelia and joined the Scions... though still harboring many attachments to home that would protect him when the Bloody Banquet would happen later.
These connections survived well into Stormblood, where his role in everything from Operation Archon to the battles in the Ghimlyt Dark would cause him to climb to the rank of Storm Commander. He would retire at this rank after his time in Norvrandt.
His time in the Crystarium gave him a new home and a new purpose, a place that needed to be maintained and a new generation on the horizon that would need guidance to stay its course as a beacon of light in the First. But, much more importantly to him than that, he found a life companion in Giott of the Tholl. Their marriage was Renamo's spark to get his affairs in the Source in order, including stepping away from the Maelstrom.
However, thus arose a desire. Renamo wanted a child. He and Giott couldn't have a biological child, so he took other avenues, ultimately settling on repurposing Allagan cloning technology to "clone" himself and Giott into one new person.
Hazel.
Thus, he found a purpose all his own, devoid of grand aspirations or any worldwide acclaim. A miracle child he could have never anticipated when he ran from home over a decade ago.
Though he intended to stay in Norvrandt for the foreseeable future, fate had other plans in store for him. A journey to Tural that started as a "simple trip" and spiraled into a year long affair, reconnecting with his parents, and now the looming threat of the Solstice.
Having taken the mantle of Azem in Ophelia's absence after Dawntrail, Renamo labors to find a way to save his homes, new and old, even as the candle of his life threatens to be cut short.
"...Don't look at me like that, Alisaie. We all knew it was always going to fall to me." - Ophelia Hoshi (She/Her, They/Them)
Steppe born, Ala Mhigan raised, and Eorzean reborn, Ophelia Hoshi is the youngest of the Warriors of Light, both preceding and following the Seventh Umbral Calamity. A life of struggle and loss created a hero of stalwart convictions—even when those convictions were selfish or destructive.
Leaving their journey to the edge of existence, they vacated their role as Warrior of Light to return to being a nameless adventurer. At their fancy, they would find whomever was in need and provide their aid, on their terms and nobody else's.

More in depth history!
Ophelia was born Okimi of the Orl, not long before the Orl first started the migration to Eorzea. With many having children too young to survive the trip, many stayed behind until they could follow their kin. At the age of five, she would join the remnants of her tribe in the journey, ultimately becoming orphaned at the hand of the Empire.
She would be rescued by an Ala Mhigan adventurer named Aevetr Hoshi, himself able to trace lineage across all three of the great continents. The then six year old Okimi could provide no name for him, thus he named her after his late grandmother.
Unable to take her through the occupied Ala Mhigo alone, he would raise her as his own for the next few years in the mountains.
In the years that followed, their number would be reinforced thrice over. First by M'inwa Tia, a former revolutionary, second by Nanayumu Yumu, the self proclaimed master and scion of Black Magic, and finally by Lunaille Jandelaine, an actual master of White Magic.
Ophelia was, functionally, their squire and assistant; an assistant who routinely followed them into dangerous places and situations to not be left behind despite all their best efforts to prevent her from doing so. This habit never ended, even as the moon fell and Aevetr did everything in his power to get Ophelia the chance for a quiet, peaceful life in Sharlayan.
Their final memory of the Calamity is of Aevetr. Specifically, of him using his body and the force of his being to be their shield for the brief moments before they could be teleported away. He did not survive.
While the rest emerged relatively unscathed, if scattered to the four winds, Ophelia did not. Never intended to be present, they were lost in the Lifestream without a destination, scooped up by Hydaelyn and kept safe from both time and being washed clean by the Lifestream's influence. There they waited for five years, until the time was right for them to be dropped in the right place at the right time. A youth without memory and devoid of purpose, ripe to be molded into the hero that the world would need.
