Hi!! We are the nitroglycerin system. Our collective name is sol/alex, and we use xe/they/it/sun pronouns

We have a headcount of roughly 125-150 alters, but not all of those alters post. Not all of our alters tag their posts with their name either. Those who want to be known will make themselves known.

while the entire concept of nontruamagenic plurality is something we find to be inherently ableist, i think "willogenic" plurality is a special kind of evil

to encourage someone's delusions so badly, they believe they can force up dissociative barriers on a person's facets, and repeatedly attempt to do so, is INCREDIBLY scary. it's a scenario regarding nontraumagenic plurality that i fully believe includes victims, rather than JUST misinformation, ableism, and denial

you owe nothing to anyone. not the internet, not your family, not your partner. no one needs to know who is fronting or that someone is fronting at all. you do not need to force parts to front to complete intros or pluralkit or simply plural profiles. your partner does not need to know every single part—especially someone who you don’t know in person. you do not need to proxy with pluralkit or even have a pluralkit at all. blogs run by specific alters do not need to clarify that they are alters. your introjects do not owe anyone disclosure about the thing they are based off of. no one needs to know your triggers or what type of trauma you went through.

what's a BAH?

BAH are build-a-headmate packs. The majority of these blogs are run by endogenics and are designed to help create a new alter within a system. I do not like these because you cannot create an alter within a system. Some non endogenics run similar blogs with the intent of helping a fragment find their identity, but in my opinion, trying to give an alter an identity before they’re ready isn’t helpful.

We have problems with lavender because as a kid with reallyyyy bad anxiety my mom got us a bunch of anti anxiety scent stuff which was just full of lavender.. we would smell it obsessively thinking it would help but it just made us have an emotional reaction to smelling it. It’s such a nice smell but we can’t handle it… we actually wrote this pre system discovery but I redrew it!
