My interpretations of SU characters, having never seen the show.
Steven: Friendly. Half-rock. Likes ice cream? Probably a pacifist. Glasses girl: Steven's friend. Strict parents??? Afrorock: Gay. A mum. Huge. Very deadpan. Probably good at hitting things. Pearl: Really gay. Another mum. Fussy. In love with Steven's mum? Has a sword. Probably part birb. Not actually Utena. Purplerock: Short. Changes shape. Likes food. Is not a crocodile or cloud. Probably a troublemaker. Not a mum. Peridot: Jerk. Smart. Likes the word clods. Looks like a dorito. Has a spaceship. Is pronounced peri-dot. Bluedressrock: Might be a witch? Likes Steven. Has something to do with water. Gone??? Orangerock: Big. Huge jerk. Something about rock jail? Doesn't float very well. Really huge jerk. Mumrock: Steven's mum. Dead. Really tall. Leader of the good rocks. Steven's dad: Steven's dad. Friendly. Vest. Pearl doesn't like him, I think? Lion: Is a lion. Pink. Might be a rock. Hyperdimensional mane with a sword in it. Also likes ice cream? EDIT: I have since been informed that Pearl, is, in fact, Utena.

Ohohoho, so thatās where my video got to. Canāt say I expected it to turn on tumblr. Or that Iād find it three weeks after the fact.
...Why did I do this, again?
Iāve done it. Iāve reached the pinnacle of One Way Heroics play, and from here, thereās nowhere else to go but down.

Alice rants about FFXIV: Helpful Notes About Scholars
So, recently I've been running into a lot of people (DPS and tanks, let's not point fingers here.) who don't seem to understand how Scholars heal. Here's some tips to help those people out!
1) We are not AoE healers. We have access to two AoE heals: Succor, which has the breathtaking potency of 150 (300 when we factor in Galvanise, the same as a single Embrace.) and Whispering Dawn, which, unless we blow Rouse (1 minute CD) and/or Fey Illumination (2 minute CD), is a 100 potency regen on a 1 minute CD of its own. Don't whine if we can't heal through an excess of party wide vulnerability down stacks. *cough*Catoblepas*cough*
2) We rely on damage mitigation. We do not have any big heals. Well, that's a lie, Adloqium is essentially 600 potency, and a crit Adlo is 1350, but you'll only see half of that since the other half is you not taking damage. Lustrate is also 25%-75% HP, depending on how many Aetherflow stacks we're willing to use on it.
3) We have a lot of MP. And I mean a lot. A Scholar's MP bar not being half empty doesn't mean they aren't healing. Well, it can, but it's generally safer to assume they're actually casting Aetherflow and Energy Drain. You know, the spell that we can use every minute for 20% of our MP back and the 150 potency HP/MP drain. In fact, if a Scholar's MP bar is low and they aren't exclusively casting Adloquium or Succor, it's a pretty safe bet the problem lies elsewhere!
4) Swiftcast has a cooldown. Now, this applies to WHMs as well, but I've seen it enough times to mention it anyway. Sometimes, multiple people die at once. And sometimes, those people would be much better off not dead. If you see a healer hardcasting Resurrection/Raise, that does not mean they do not have Swiftcast. And remember, Scholars also use Swiftcast so they don't spend 5 seconds resummoning their fairy.
So there you go. Scholars, they aren't White Mages. Or tanks, but that's a topic for another time and place.
So um, yeah, this was a thing that happened.

Clearly it's for those of us with teeny tiny hands. But then you have to solve the dilemma of getting it into your pocket, so I guess we're at square one again.
You mentioned Garruk's pronunciation, would you be able to give official pronunciations for the others?
Jace rhymes with āFaceā.
Chandra is āSHAWN - draā.
Liliana is āLILL - ee - a - naā.
Nisa is āNISS - aā.
Ajani is āa - JAH - neeā. āJAH-Neeā is āJohnnyā.
