Alright, for those of you who have been asking for a part 2 of the Hanson mixtape, here you go! I’m soo glad you actually gave them a chance! Hurrah! :D This mixtape is more mellow, I think? No, not really. I don’t know, you decide. Haha! Enjoy! :)

WHY HAVE I NEVER SEEN THIS VIDEO BEFORE WTF
“You better do it a lot, whatever it is. Do it every day, and do the stuff that scares you, because you can’t avoid doing it the first time. You can’t skip that. You can’t just jump ahead to like, veteran, ok. Get out and work. Get out and work! Make things. Make things badly. When you do that, it’s not just for your audience, it’s not just to become known, it’s not to get impressions on Facebook or the website or whatever. It’s to become who you’re supposed to be. The elevator pitch is - figure out who you are. Because if you figure out who you are, then the goal after that is how to keep doing that as long as possible. Right? The goal is to do that as long as possible. But you have to figure out who you are. And figuring out who you are basically means that you, and this is not easy, you at some point figure out how to turn off the noise and turn off the anxiety and turn off the insecurity that goes with being an artist. Exposing yourself, basically, and you figure out how to make things that you can always sleep at night with because no one elses name is on it. So if you’re a young artist, the first and foremost goal, I don’t care what generation you’re in, is figure out who you are and the way you know who you are is you can do that thing over and over and over and over and you’ll still go to bed proud of it, ok, because after you do that, you’re bulletproof. You can be Paul McCartney, or play in a garage and you won’t give a shit.” - Taylor Hanson
