Met my step goal today!! Did 5,635 which isnt much in the grand scheme of things but i haven’t been terribly active the past few years and i’m trying to be better. Im going to up my goal by 1,000 each week. Also aiming to eat under 1,000c each day and burn at least half, not today but i will get there soon.
