Dreamboy (Fiction Podcast) - very gay very surrealist, CW: Consentual violence during CSA and CSA.

The Bright Sessions (Fiction podcast) - not the main topic but two main character gay and in love and it's all very sweet also there's a minor sapphic character and an Ace character. CW: Emotional Abuse, Gaslighting (but not with any of the gays if that matters)

Echo Gillette (YouTube Artist) - She's an Ace artist on YouTube who's made an animated video explaining how she feels about her Asexuality and it's one of the best explanations of the Ace experience I've found. (But I'm allo so...)

One Day at A Time (the Netflix reboot) - An amazing sitcom with a gay latina teenager, her Cubano-American family, and her enby partner.

Gay Nonsense Podcast (non fiction podcast) - Two amazing lgbtq hosts, talk about a new topic every episode you're sure to learn something new from the French king with two buttholes, to the hidden gay love story of Mothman, and so much more... It's honestly great and I love them.

Heartstopper by Alice Oseman

A really cute story about two British school boys falling in love. Bi, gay and trans rep! Also depicts mental illness, but there are always trigger warnings available. You can read it for free here on tumblr @heartstoppercomic Please check it out! There might be a TV series coming!!

The two school boys mentioned above make an appearance. Not as much lgbtq+ rep though, but still some. And a wonderful book!

Radio Silence

Radio Silence is my favourite of hers (so far). A bi girl meets a boy AND THEY DONT FALL IN LOVE! Instead they become super awesome best friends. They make a welcome-to-night-vale-esque podcast together and struggle with finding their path in school and university. Also Demisexuality being represented! Some gay romance, but most of all friendship.

I was born for this

Trans boy and his two awesome friends are basically one direction, but that’s not as glorious as you might think it is. Awesome Muslim fangirl discovers what fandom is actually about. They all learn a lesson about mental health and friendship. Some light gay romance (not much focus on it, but it is an important part of the book)

Not out yet. So excited to read it since it is about an ace character. Waiting patiently though :)

Omg, Check Please! (Webcomic) - it's an adorable webcomic about a gay, ex-figure-skater turned adorable hockey boi, from the start of his college hockey career to senior year, it's real gay I would tell you more but spoilers, also bi representation I'm not caught up. It's as broey as it sounds in all the best not homophobic ways. Cannot recommend enough also.... PIES

◇ How to improve your knowledge in languages ◇

1 Don’t translate the new words, just use a dictionary, such as you do in your native language.

2 Rewatch movies - because now you can understand the movie, even if you don’t know exactly what are they saying

3 Read Wikipedia™

4 Talk alone

5 Learn your favorite songs and write their lyrics in a paper

6 Read a book or whatever

7 Watch recipes videos to learn food vocabulary

8 Force yourself to consume content even if is boring because you can’t understand what is happening

9 When you’re consuming some content, have an open tab with Google Translator - this makes the movie/book/video more dynamic and less boring

10 Tandem is a free app which allows you to practice your target languages with natives and this is awesome.

11. OMG if you're an intermediate speaker, watch "How To" videos in your target language. Don't just watch them; do follow along and do the thing/make the craft/etc. Even if you have difficulty or can't do it as well as if you watched the video in your native language, 1. It helps to have an actual objective for understanding the language and 2. "How to" videos are usually dictated slowly, with clear and consistant prononciation, with all sorts of visual aides.

I think @death-hangs was saying that it's shallow to assume that asking any man about his opinions on social issues will immediately make one stop liking him no matter who the man is because 'all men have poor opinions on social issues.' (as the tweet may seem to imply to many people).
