Tace Set - A recolor top and skirt

While most depictions of the Puritans portray them in all black, there actually was some color variety for clothing. Mostly dark or muted colors that could be achieved through natural, inexpensive dye.

A top and skirt recolor that I made for my oc. 11 'sadd colors' for your sims living in the 1600s. Originals are by @gilded-ghosts MESHES ARE REQUIRED

Back with another lookbook! This is Helena Edwards, co-founder of my new decades legacy over on Instagram Born and raised in Copperdale, Helena and her new husband Nathaniel have been roped into marriage as part of a now worthless business deal between their fathers. Being the wife of a minister in a small town in the middle of nowhere definitely wasn't the future she had hoped for, but it's what she's got. Style wise, she keeps it pretty simple. She prefers dark colors and clothes that are easy for her to work with her plants in. The only jewelry she wears is the pearl set her late mother gave her. She also wears her hair down and loose more often than a married woman in the 1890s would have, simply because she can't be bothered to fix it every time it comes down when she's working.
