Hiya Wil Wheaton, I have a question about wardrobe. Specifically Star Trek wardrobe. With the variety of wonderfully colorful and just well to be blunt, super on point sweater game, did you get to pick out the sweaters you got to wear at all? Or at least keep any of them? In my head II imagine the wardrobe department lining up various sweaters on a rack for you to choose from depending on the day. :) Many thanks! P.S. My partner and I love TableTop and hope you get the rights back! 🎲🚀
I had absolutely no say in what I wore, which is probably the way it should have been, since I was 14 and not especially experienced.
I’m now imagining no experience in wearing sweaters whatsoever, and that seems like a very dark universe. I’m glad that there are sweater guides to help the sweaterless traveller (also I got a response and I have never been so excited but also shocked because apparently my partner saw this before I did and didn’t know that this was my question 😭😂)
Consider:

French privateering in the Gulf of Mexico: ended circa 1830
Conclusion: an adventuring party consisting of a Victorian gentleman thief, an Old West gunslinger, a disgraced former samurai, and an elderly French pirate is actually 100% historically plausible.
It really just comes down to whether a given individual or group is looking for reasons to include, or reasons to exclude. Hypothetical groups like these can go a lot further than this, too.
