I'm finally coming back to work on this blog! but first thing's first, for now while I redraw refs, here's Dragan's new one! Yay!
(Also more of the plot will relate to Legends Z-A. And i'll take mod asks until i get the plot rolling again!)
And this is the send off from the Mesagoza Fall Fest 2025!
After passing out all the completely safe rare candies to everyone who attended, Yusuke goes back to Rubble and Simon and they head home to Lilycove City back in Hoenn.
(@sometimes-team-possibility) Yusuke saunters up to Dolly clearing his throat and taping his cane on the ground.
"Hello. I was wondering if I could have your opinion on something. See, I really wanted to bring this giant balloon filled with laughing gas, kinda like the stuff they use at the dentist's office, and let it leak out all over the place. But my friend Rubble said "Yusuke don't do that. Just because you're dressed as the Joker doesn't mean you have to act like him." I told him that kills the fun, but what do you think? How right am I?"

Although, I don't know much about laughing gas, but I know for sure - it sounds too sus to me... 🤔

Yusuke doesn't respond.
Instead, he seems to respect the feedback by smiling and taking a bow as a form of a thank you.
He then turns and walks away as a devilish grin appears on his face.

Simon is now inverted colors until i forget to color him like that or until I'm bored.

Joline@Rubble: The hybrid walks towards the stand with glee in her eyes. Both her hands clapping with palms touching each other close to her face gandering at the treats in front of her. "Hey, that's actually impressive you got here. Especially with the jelly donuts. So, I'm wondering how you learn how you lean from all this? Did anyone trained you make stuff like this? Oh, and one of everything please."
"I kinda took over the cooking at home once she taught me. She gets so focused on her art sometimes and forgets to cook for herself. But when she does we usually do it together."

(Cherry@Rubble) “Oh wow all these sweets look amazing!” The flaafy happily looked over the selection on the table, “did you make these all yourself? I enjoy baking myself, maybe we can swap recipes sometime.”

(@sometimes-team-possibility) Simon floats over to the group holding a tray of Rubble's tombstone cookies.
"Hello there. Enjoying yourselves?" He holds out the tray.
"Help yourselves to a cookie or two before you go play some games or something. You need fuel to have fun."
The the siblings were quick to take notice of the cookie tray and the Pokemon that held it.
Ogerpon: "Hiya!" (she held a cookie and looked between it and Simon) "We've been having lots of fun too! We got to make new friends and catch apples with them!"
Spot: "W-we're hoping to play m-more games here, a-and maybe see some m-more of our f-friends..!"
Pink nodded, her mouth full of cookie.
Ogerpon: "Your cookies are really good too!"
Spot: "D-did you m-make them, or w-were they made b-by someone th-that you came here w-with..?"
Simon moves his head as to gesture to the Flygon running a sweets booth in the distance.
"That's my teammate Rubble." Simon responds, "He made them. He does most of the cooking at home as well. But for events like this he loves to go all out. He just really likes cooking for people, he doesn't even charge for them."
(@sometimes-team-possibility) Yusuke walks up to the two of them with a haunting smile.
"How are you two doing? I have a brain teaser for you, if you're up to it. Let's say there are two boats. One is full of innocent people, the other arrested convicts of various crimes. There are bombs on both boats, the detonator for each bomb on the opposite boat. If they blow up the other boat, they get to live. But if neither do by midnight, they both do. What do you think happens?"
Ah, frick...
As she looks at the Yusuke in detail, her expression changed drastically.
Ha ha ha, very funny... That is the worst think I've ever heard for ya, friend...
The answer is: cut the wire in that convict boat if you want for innocent to survive... but I still find it a bit dumb...

Yusuke blinks as a sign he wasn't expecting an actual answer.
"Smart response." He smiles, "You know this was technically just me making a reference to one of the Joker's plots in Dark Knight, but I gotta admit that surprised me. Well done."
He applauds and takes his leave.

She approaches Flygon with a smile and by sweet scent, she gets exited.
"Oh, heyy! How's it goin'? Oh, me and Noe saw ya at mask festival before, just...we didn't had a chance to talk...
Anyways, what the most sweet thing you have? Can I have one? Oh, and one for her too, haha!"
"I feel I would've enjoyed the mask festival more if Yusuke didn't run off."

A zubat flys overhead with a small packet held in its mouth. It swoops over the group, letting the papers drop and flutter to the waiting mon before flying away again.

Mesagoza Fall Fest 2025

When is it: October 1st - October 31st
What is it: Come to the annual Paldean fall festival hosted this year in the mesagoza! A day long and night long party full of games, rides, and plenty of treats to celebrate the coming fall and all the fun spooks!
Things to do: •Come dressed in a costume! At the end of the night a contest will be held and the winner may get some special prizes •Play some games ^bob for apples ^throw darts or rings ^Typical carnival games! •Carve a pumpkin! Show it off! •Creat a scarecrow! Put it in the fields! •Ride some rides like the coasters or carousel! •Enjoy treats and snacks or even try your hand at making your own! •Booths will be open to sell their goods and visitors are welcome to set up there own •Vist the haunted house and hedge maze! •Watch out for the ghosts coming to give you a trick or treat!
Come and have a spook filled fun night at the fall festival!
It's been a while for me since I did anything pokeblog wise, and I'd like to try coming back so this would be a great way to get back in the groove! Plus, Rubble can do a little snack stand like he did at past events!
