i don’t know if there is anything you can do about this or if you have any power in this but, many of us bought tickets to see you at werchter boutique in belgium which has been cancelled due to the pandemic which we all expected. however, despite golden circle tickets being marketed and priced solely the basis of seeing you and being close to the stage. they are only giving a full credit in the form of a voucher to this specific festival in belgium in either 2021 or 2022 and are not allowing refunds unless they are for ‘legitimate reason’ which is so vague. on top of that many of us do not live in belgium or know when we will be travelling there again and as the lineup for the festival has not been confirmed or anything we don’t know if it’s even something we would want to attend and pay for flights and accommodation for. i don’t know if there is anything you can do or any advice you can give right now we are all kind of lost and don’t know what to do :(

Hey Taylor, like Georgia mentioned, majority of us live elsewhere and we don’t go to Belgium all the time, if it was a general voucher they were offering for global events that would be better but they’re sticking to only that location :( I hope you can help in any way with this situation. We love you!!

This is also the case for the Berlin show, too. They’re offering vouchers to use again at the venue in 2021, but since you’re not rescheduling by the looks of it, hows that going to help us???? Berlin have said we won’t be able to ask for a monetary refund until 2022, after our voucher expires. This doesn’t seem right. If you are hoping to come back, please iron this out. And if not, please help us get our money back from your ticket promoters in these countries. It’s not fair how they’re treating us, especially since so many of us don’t live in the countries of the venues.
