Ah yes, he was very much accustomed to that look on people’s faces, after all, his survival does heavily rely on him sleeping with anyone that will allow him to, “Hmm~ As you wish, Subaru-kun~” He purred, lifting the other and carrying him to the bed bridal style.

Allowing himself to be carried away by the incubus, Subaru latched tightly onto the front of the ravenet's shirt, the blush on his cheeks only increasing further as he soon buried his face against the older man's chest, the faint beating of his heart bringing a new sense of comfort to the young Jackalope. "N-Ne... Sakihabe’s hold around the boy’s waist tightened slightly for a moment as he was indulging in the kiss with his lover, but he soon broke the kiss slowly, not wanting to get too carried away just yet.

"Mmh~ Subaru-kun, how about we take this to my bed?~" He asked, cupping the other’s face with a single hand and leaning down to give a quick peck to his neck before pulling back to stare him in the eyes.

It was funny how easily something like a kiss could really excite the young rabbit, but there he was, practically melting into the other's touch and bending to his words like an obedient pup of sorts. He questioned himself just a bit in the end… Was he really the right person for her? If she still felt this way… was he really okay to be by her side? He wasn’t the most reliable guy, but he did try—- Though all those thoughts went out the window as she opened the door and flung herself into his arms.

Stumbling back just a bit, he blinked and wrapped his arms around her on mere instinct. Cradling the girl as close as possible, he rested his forehead on top of hers, eyes slowly closing. “You don’t need to apologize, my songbird. It’s alright, I understand.”

There was that wonderfully soothing voice that never ceased to calm her no matter the circumstances. His warmth, his scent, the strength she could feel in even such a gentle embrace. Grip tightening on his shirt, Setsu closed her eyes, allowing herself to simply enjoy his warmth and scent even as her tears continued to fall. How long had it been since she had last truly allowed herself to cry in front of another?

Eventually, the Siren lifted her head, wiping her eyes as she looked up towards him, her expression one of desperation as she tried hard to sniff back any more tears that threatened to fall. "B-But... Why...? W-Why does it still hurt...?" She hiccuped, eyebrows knitting as she looked over his face. "I-I have you now... So... W-Why won't it stop hurting...?"

Listening to the boy’s request, he smirked against his skin, “Mmh~ But I wanted to tease you some more~” the incubus whined softly, but did as he was asked and kisses the other, cupping his face with both hands.

The pinket entered the home carrying a small cake and a box. Shutting the door behind him with one foot he moved into the main room and set everything up before calling out the bluet's name. Once he was in sight, a smile barely visible curled on Riko's lips. "Happy birthday, Michi'."

Seeing everything set out on the table, then the small smile on his lover's face... Michio couldn't say he remembered the list time he'd ever enjoyed his birthday this much before. Walking over to the pinket, he moved to slide his arms up around the other's neck, bringing him in for a soft kiss before purring. "Thank you, Riko... You didn't need to do this, but...
