Orea, an amazing duo from Novi Sad, Serbia, creates their acoustic magic! This is my cover for their new single.
Vojvodina is the northern region of Serbia. It is consisted of three regions - Srem, Banat and Bačka. Although multiculturalism is typical for all three parts - each of those has it's own well known characteristics that are represented on these postcards!
Postcards are being sold in groups of three - online or separately in the Museum of Vojvodina in Novi Sad, Serbia.

This project is one of the three tables that you can find in the welcoming office of Fat Tire Tours in Paris. This tourist office provides many different guided tours. Map shows different parts of Paris through the different typographies and small drawings around them that present something characteristic for the part of the town presented.
This project is one of the three tables that you can find in the welcoming office of Fat Tire Tours in Paris. This one presents the (English) alphabeth of France and Paris.
The whole alphabet you can find here!
This project is one of the three tables that you can find in the welcoming office of Fat Tire Tours in Paris. One of the services that this tourist office provides are guided bicycle tours that were inspiration for this map. Map shows different food characteristic for different parts of Paris.
Each part of this big city is specific and has the abundance of different tastes and smells that are presented. Funny comments are added between small (and big) food drawings. You can find everything on it... from the Chinese nems via only Burger King in France all the way to the best wine bars. It can guide you or just make you laugh!
Please check behance for the gif of the whole process!
These two posters were done as the part of the branding project for the Summer School of Architecture 2014 in Vojvodina, Serbia
Summer School of Architecture happens every year somewhere in Balkans. Amazing ladies from the organization of this event asked me to do a logo of the school and branding of school this year (next project here on behance).
It had to be a black and white logo. Serbian version of the logo had to have diacritics. I had to create an English/German version, too. And there it is: a simple yet progressive logo with -that- archi twist.
"When one thing happens, everything else is still happening." Gil Soltz
This book cover was created from the conversations, particles and words that were gathered while talking offline and online with Gil Soltz, the author himself and the master mind behind this whole project.
While creating the book cover, these self created guide lines were a great inspiration drive (no pun intended):
- understanding the whole story behind the idea
- seeing photos of people and places
- hoping that YNR residence will be a gathering point of important artists...
I hope you will enjoy the whole experience!
special thanks to Ilma for taking photos of the book with me!
Ilma is not happy with the fact that there are too many not halal things on my page carbonaraforbreakfast.com
This whole project is for her.
One lovely story that still makes me smile... One of those nights I was sitting in the metro while my eyes were crying. I say my eyes, cause actually I was perfectly ok except my eyes - they were irritated and tears were running down my face for three or four stations. I was reading something and wiping them off. The metro stopped on the station close to my house. I jumped out, almost fell (the way my sister would laugh at me) and started walking towards the exit. A girl tapped me on my arm. She made a heart using her hands. Confused, I pointed back at myself. She nodded and made a hand-heart once again. I smiled vaguely. She left. I said loudly "merci", she waved without turning her head. I walked home smiling. This hand heart goes to that kind stranger: YOU ARE AMAZING. And to all the other kind strangers I've met over the years: In the songs they sing, in the food they make, the words they speak, and the smiles they give me... Thank you for making my days and helping me through my nights...
I gave this one as a gift to a friend of mine. And I need to remind her constantly of this <3
