Yeah! You don't remember that? I think there was other colors of butter and stuff too, but I can't remember... It tasted like real ketchup though; it was only food coloring. I guess colored food isn't for everyone though. Only cool people.

And I’m excited to bring them to you. Hazelnut soup sounds delicious, though I can’ say I’ve tried any myself. Perhaps we should get together sometime and cook? I’ve never been too big on cooking but it is fun in the right circumstances. Ooh, I’m sure your cupcakes are delicious! Eclairs happen to be my favorite dessert, personally, but I’ve never really been able to make them.

Well, surely your mother doesn’t want to keep you from everyone? The outside world can be dangerous, yes, but how will you ever experience anything if you’re cooped up all the time?

Those will be easy to get for you. I think I have a few good titles in mind. I’ll get them together and throw in some cookbooks as well to bring over to you. I take it you enjoy cooking, then? What do you usually make?

That's what it seems like... I don't know why she's like that. I'm eighteen years old, I'm pretty sure I can take care of myself now, and experience new things, but there's no telling her that. Believe me, I've tried.

Cool! I'm so excited to read them. Oh yeah, I looove cooking. I mean, I have to, there's only so many things I can do at home all the time. Mother first showed me her hazelnut soup recipe, and that kind of got me started, even though I've never been able to make it like she does. After that though, I basically taught myself a bunch of different things by just trying out one ingredient with another, and Mother bought me a cookbook once too, so that helped. My favorite is baking though. Cupcakes have got to be my most favorite dessert. Ever.

Yeah, well…. first of all I’m just not allowed to because my father says the stuff I collect is garbage and all these stupid things which is so dumb because it’s so not garbage and then there’s all my ocean stuff which I’m not allowed to even go near, and then secondly I keep everything hidden in the attic above the antique store where I work so if my boss ever found out he’d think I was crazy and yeah it’s just a big mess but I love each and every one of my things so
