Phantom of Pulp: To Hell It Can Go!
~ Joseph Cotten - Barão SanguinÔrio (Baron Blood)
These knights, once Godwyn's personal guard, quested to find their transfigured master's cadaver surrogateāfor the coming age of the Duskborn.
Reggie Nalder as Kurt Barlow, the vampire villain of the Salem's Lot (1979) television mini-series.
For a show on mainstream television (it was aired on CBS), this was scary as hell. Barlow had limited screen time, which made his appearances that much more effective. I also remember being amazed at the creature design, as I had not seen anything like it. I did not see the original Nosferatu (1922) until later that year, when it aired on the local PBS station, at which time I appreciated Barlow's design being a call-back to Max Schrek's Count Orlok.
