What's the coolest thing about you?
âIâve got a pretty bomb-ass quarter collection.â
Do you feel you're more loved than your brother?
âWhatâs that supposed to mean? Weâre both terrible in our own right. That a good enough answer?â
"So, this is what it feels like to not be constantly high strung and have great abs? Iâm in.â
âIâm fine. I promise,â Billy reassured, despite the fact that his body was still heavily recuperating from his run-in with Illyana, â--no concern needed.â
xsniktxâ:
Logan scoffed. He wasnât wrong, but there werenât many people he felt like he could talk to. âGo on, kid. You donât need to worry about what I got goinâ on in my head.â
Billy held up both hands in a gesture of surrender, knowing Logan and not wanting to push any further, âOkay, fine. Iâll just be over here--- doing-- whatever it is I do.â
magnetiikâ:
âI donât need to pick locksâ they tend to open when I need them to.â
âI know youâre technically family, but thatâs gotta be a breach of privacy or something.â
âMaybe later I will,â Idie shrugged. âDo you plan on moping in your room all day, or are you actually going to leave it at some point?â
âI donât remember anybody setting my room on fire-- so why should I leave? And thatâs absolutely not an invitation to set my room on fire, Idie.â
scarletwiitchingâ:
âI was hoping to be the exception.â Wanda leaned against the doorjamb as both of her hands found themselves buried in the sleeves of her sweater. One broke free so that red magic could snap around the lock and click it back into the place. âI can go.â
âNo-- donât,â the words left his mouth before he had even decided to say them, â-I mean, itâs fine. You donât have to stay, Iâm not gonna force you to leave, either. Just- having a weird morning is all.â
scarletwiitchingâ:
âAnd here we are still making mistakes. I apologize,â Wanda hesitated. âMine are not yours to bear as well.â
âYeah, but thatâs kind of a given though, isnât it? Sorta what it means to be family.â
phcenixesâ:
âI think thatâs the general consensus. Iâm trying to figure out how it got so bad so quickly and what signs I missed.â
âHow is she?â Billy asked the only question he had left in his arsenal, â--the other you.â
glaciemreginasâ:
âTake a guess, child. Your mother is responsible for nearly eliminating the human race. The least she could do is grant me a few words, hm?â Scaring the boy was not the goal, neither was having to get violent. Her smile was cold as she regarded him, mental feelers reaching out to prod the edges of his mind and test the strength. âThe last thing I want is to see any harm come to Wanda. Mutants have bled far too much. We just need to talk.â
Billy was no stranger to telepaths, or even the mind reaching to the furthest extent of the edges of reality -- but Emmaâs little attempts to dig for the answer she was looking for would hopefully be unsuccessful, as Billy truly did not know the whereabouts of his mother at this time.
âI donât know what your definition of âtalkâ is, but I donât think I like it.â
elementxlle¡:
âDo you really think Iâd pick a lock.â Crystalia couldnât believe heâd insinuate that. Nevertheless, she brushed his stupidity aside. âIâm looking for Luna. Is she here?â
âHavenât seen her,â Billy shrugged, hoping this conversation would soon end, âDid you ask Tommy yet? He sees a lot of stuff in a ridiculous amount of time. Maybe he spotted her.â
tommyfastpantsâ:
âYou asked for it fucker.â Tommy muttered before darting around at super speed. He picked up his twin in his arms, phased through the building and dropped him off on his feet outside. âSun meet Dracula, Dracula meet sun.â
For lack of fulfilling his brotherâs exact observation, Billy physically recoiled at the sudden presence of way too much light -- holy shit.
Mumbling an incantation under his breath, a pair of sunglasses appeared in Billyâs hand a moment later, â--not cool, dude. Not fucking cool.â
sovereignofsoundâ:
âRight. I get that. Iâm justâŚâ Clayton trailed off. âSorry.â
âWhat? I would normally say âyou look like youâve seen a ghostâ but you look more like seen your will to live --Â before it scampered off into the sunset.â
abandonedsonâ:
âThatâs been made clear.â Ahura said plainly as he scanned the room. Billy was family to him only by title. He had no strong feelings for him in either direction, but it seemed important to Crys to be involved with one another, something he wasnât great at to begin with.Â
âI could uhh- help you look, I guess,â Billy spoke up, instantly regretting his decision to do so.
I have bad days. Bad thoughts. And sometimesâŚsometimes, yeah, they are hard to fight but I donât let them win every day. And Iâm damn sure not going to let you win today.Â
abandonedsonâ:
âRelax, cousin. Luna insisted we play hide and seek and made me promise not to use my powers to find her.â
âOh well, in that case-- good luck. Youâre gonna need it. That kidâs a beast at hide and seek.â
