dakog started following you
His stifled a laugh, getting up with his six foot frame, albeit being a bit shorter. "Listen. Your big, ugly demeanor doesn’t frighten me. What makes me uncomfortable, is that you reek of something that came out the arse of Peryite. Now, back up a few notches, so I can begin to eat my food without seething. Eh?" Caius nudged the orc with his palm, keeping a cold stare fixated on him while he does it.
The Unslain stared down at the spot on his chest where he’d just been shoved. The man’s comments were irrelevant. The only thing that mattered now was…
"Don’t touch me."
Just as Caius was about to raise his fist, a small cry had escaped from a bundle next to his belongings. It started to shift, and wail even louder. Cursing to himself, Caius had completely disregarded the Orc and accidentally pushed him once more when he was turning.
Kneeling down to unwrap the bundle, a small, eight month old babe with big blue eyes, pale skin, and dark hair had been crying due to the unfamiliar environment, forcing her father to speak softly, despite how raspy his voice was.
"I'm sorry I took you to such a bad place, shhhh, shhhh....we'll find mother soon."
Caius then reared his head to the Orc, glaring at him briefly before turning to look back at his child, eventually consoling her as the little girl was silenced just by being able to pat her father's face, laughing at her own amusement.
