How to become a worldly woman? How do I become more articulate and refined? I want to be able to strike up a conversation in any topic, whether it be from books, to television.
read A LOT!
talk to people with differing backgrounds with different opinions than you.
do NOT, and I repeat DO NOT allow yourself to be stuck in an echo chamber.
watch films from all over the world and really try to understand them on a deeper level.
read non-fiction work about the world we live in. botany, animals, the mind, the body, etc etc.
learn different languages and study up on the cultures of the people who speak said languages. experience their cuisine and music.
read useless facts. you never know when they won't be so useless anymore.
get offline to go out into the world and experience it. visit the water, go to the mountains, see the big parks and the small ones. take it all in.
keep up with current events but don't let it overtake your life.
ask people questions and LISTEN. hear their story. you don't have to relate to it for it to be valuable.
never give up your desire to learn. new information is constantly forming and old information is always waiting to be rediscovered y fresh eyes. keep that curious spark alive and soak up the world we are so blessed to be in.

How to Decide Your Ideal Image
Finding out what you want to look like and practice is a rite of passage for feminine women. Your image can cause you to earn more than you wouldâve, youâll have preferential treatment and you will gain opportunities from doors that wouldâve been closed if you didnât appear the way you did.
Decide what your likes and dislikes are.
Base your image off of your own music likes, characters you relate to on TV, and how you imagine yourself.
Donât choose an image thatâs popular if you donât like it.
If having a budget Barbie image is popular, donât choose it when youâre more of a socialite. If you try to incorporate a lifestyle you donât like and especially the lifestyle expenses overlap, they will severely clash.
Evaluate your budget for your lifestyle change.
A lifestyle change can be very expensive depending on what your image is. Even if you own 1 item or have it on paper, you can be your ideal image!
Write down what you would do in your ideal image.
Does a woman in your ideal image wake up at 5:30AM to have morning tea and exercise? Do you have to wake up at 9 to begin your projects? Tailor your new schedule to overlap your current.
Change out your wardrobe and pantry.
If your new image is a model, you may add straight leg pants to elongate your legs and a cashmere sweater that can be upgraded for a surprise evening dinner. Everything in a department store isnât fashionable and thrift stores arenât full of garbage.
A model image may have fresher food, a sparkling water machine and frozen fruit in her kitchen.
Wake up as your ideal self daily.
Jump in headfirst instead of dipping your toes in. Wake up at 5:30, have a few cups of tea but brush your teeth afterwards to prevent staining and be out of the house an hour earlier. Whatâs stopping you?

When you log your progress, youâll be more likely to keep up your new lifestyle for motivation.

this year i am feeding my brain and becoming more educated. learning new languages and polishing on areas i need improvement in. i am going to take advantage of all the free resources i have around me as well, romanticizing studying and reading every chance i can get. âĄ
Finding Your Self Worth
Finding your self-worth is the most important building block you have to do in your life. Your self-worth is correlated with the quality of your life experiences, relationships and health. If you donât discover your self-worth early enough, you will be looking for it your whole life.
1. Youâre beautiful, loved and attractive.
Your own eyes are masking your beauty. I remember this happening to me when I was in a parasitic friendship. I was mentally drained from baggage being inflicted on me and questioning why this situation was happening to me. I called myself ugly and unattractive when my mind was like âWhat? Are you kidding me? No youâre not! She wants to drag you down to her level so stop being silly.â Donât allow a person or group to drown you in their sorrows so youâll become stagnant and feed off of self hate. Take off the blindfold others put on you.
2. Cut off any person who doesnât make you feel better after interacting with them.
You shouldnât be in a friendship or relationship that makes you feel bad about yourself. An ideal friendship or relationship should motivate you.
3. Dress & appear how you want.
If you really want to dress classy and your low esteem tells you âPeople will say youâre doing too much and laugh at youâ so you listen, youâre giving into peopleâs thoughts of you. Chances are you really know what you want and appearing how you want will give your confidence the exposure it needs. When you look how you want, your esteem will increase and youâll become motivated in your life.
4. Write down a # of qualities you love about yourself by dividing the # of qualities by your weight.
For example, Iâm 130 pounds so Iâll write 65 qualities that I love. If you want to write more qualities about yourself, go by your height by whatever measurements you use.
5. Donât stay up late!
I noticed the later I stayed up, the more involved I was in my thoughts and my level of esteem. When I went to bed earlier, I felt better about myself.
6. Constantly monitor your mental health and behavior so you wonât become a passenger in your life.
