Whilst the British Wizarding World erased Voldemort from it’s history, the Eastern European one kept it’s story in the mind’s of every children. Kids would grow up learning the story of Voldemort and how Harry Potter killed him, for some children Harry Potter became their hero, the savior of the Wizarding world, the reason why there was peace at the moment.
Sophya first fit into the first group but as the years pass she is slowly leaning towards the second one. She always enjoyed Harry Potter stories though she wasn’t fascinated like her brother was, she quietly thanked him for the services to the community. The Demotrov family had always been very accepting of muggleborns in their society. Even though they were a powerful family in their country, they didn’t have enough pull to convince the Hogwarts governors to allow Vladimir and Sophya to attend the school, so they sent their kids to Durmstrang. The academy was amazing, but the underlying problem was that most of the people who sent their kids there were strong supporters of the Dark Lord, and the rumors said a new Death Eaters group was forming.
In the beginning Sophya was extremely scared of the Death Eater spawns, that they would kill her family for helping muggleborns during the war so she stayed away from them, that is until Jonathan, originally from an Indian family but had moved to Bulgaria to attend the school, he and in under a few who ever payed attention to her and in under a few months she was completely in love with him. He slowly bended her to his will. She started believing everything her parents teached her to be a lie and joined the new death eaters. Everything had been going well even if she had pulled away from the brother she knew dearly, until the day he caught her and her new friends in the forbidden library, and a few moments later her teachers were alerted, resulting in her expulsion. She started blaming Vladimir for being caught and ignores him completely, putting all the blame upon his shoulders for forcing this change of school onto her.
