I'm tired of hearing "No one wants to work anymore". "No one wants a career." "No one wants to get married." "No one wants to buy a house" The issue isn't just that people are lazy or selfish. Its also why no one saves or invest.

It's a whole system of things working to achieve that idealogy. But simply put, no one wants less for more effort. No one wants to grind and still struggle with no light at the end of the tunnel. Understand when incentive doesn't meet productivity and realization. Pl It creates a perfect recipe for an entitled society that can't function on it's own merits. Because it doesn't know how to.

More so when earned merits isn't rewarded and fairly compensated. It's just a powder bomb for demoralization and unmotivation mindsets. Especially when It's very apparent that basic critical thinking, cause and effect skills are intentionally and strategically abandoned for the sake of profitability and a less than equal power imbalance. So of course you're going to have a sizable amont or people who just want to watch it all burn just to feel some kind of passion for something again.

But at some point the natural disposition for most individuals of coming across that road block or issue of getting to the top or that next level in life isn't met with motivated determination. It's met with skepticism and lack of confidence of the worth of effort placed to the chance of a potential sucessful outcome. I know sucess isn't always guaranteed but the ability of taking anything positive demands consideration as well.
