Walter thought he was getting a little bit of a handle with this magic stuff at this point. Atleast it wasn’t a shock to his system. So he found it a bit odd that after Wukong and he had said their goodbye and Wukong had somersaulted away that there was a flash and… Alright that was a man in his living room. Did Wukong just..? “New look?”
“What?” Vincent looked over to the source of the question. What was that even supposed to mean?
He was supposed to be wherever the monkey god was, at least that’s who he’d been zeroed in on when he lit the candle… Was this older gentleman him?
“Ah, sorry about the sudden entrance…” No one else here, so… must be… “Dr. Morrow, a pleasure, Sir.” He held out a hand to shake. Â
“So you’re not..” Okay a random man with a fake sounding name just magicked his way into his home… alright, just gonna give the man a hand shake while looking at him inquisitively. “Walter Finklestein.”
Damn... was this not him? How?
“It’s... nice to meet you Mr. Finklestein. You wouldn’t happen to have company at the moment would you?”
As she passed by him in the kitchen, she gave his shoulder a quick kiss before heading over to the coffee pot. "How did you sleep darling?"
“Not terribly. Better than I’ve been in a while actually. So, there’s always that.” he gave her a small smile. “What about you?”

The funny part is it wasn’t even so much passwords as i couldn’t remember the cockamamie e-mails i made for each of em… because hoo-nelly are they irrelevant XD. ah well. probably… gonna go ahead and drop the current rps across the board since i don’t even really remember what the hell was going on in any of em.Â

 Once back on his feet he brushed himself off and cleared his throat. “I’m Vincent, Vincent Morrow. Are you sure there’s no one else?”
The soft click of her heels could be heard as she approached the bar stools. "Min if i sit here?" A soft sweet voice asked. Catherine smiled at the doctor as she gestured to the empty stool next to him... next to the rest of the empty stools at the bar.
He glanced over at her, and the lack of occupied space just beyond her. Huh… well, that’s flattering.
“Free country, right?”

“Really now?” He turned back to her fully, now she had his attention. “Useful in what aspect?”

“Too specialized? How does that work out?” She chuckled taking a small sip from her martini.
“I work as a model for a Lingerie brand.”Catherine purred, smirking slightly. It was better than flat out saying she was at work trying to seduce him.
“That doesn’t surprise me, I’m sure you’re very good at it.”
He turned back to her oh so slightly. He did enjoy talking about work. “Well, since you asked. I happen to be a specialist in supernatural illness. Next question will probably be what does that mean so i’ll get a bit ahead and answer that now. Curses, demonic possession, occasional monsters. I make them go away.”
Now’s the part where she either decides he’s crazy and leaves him alone, or becomes far more interested and harder to get rid of. It’s a gamble he makes every day of his life.

Took him a second to realize where the voice was coming from exactly. “Oh… Uh, hello?.” he stared at her, his mind immediately revving up to figure out what he was dealing with today.

Wendy had been quiet since the last incident with the Doctor where Whitney got hurt and was told to break up with Susie. She wasn't smiling unless she knew someone was watching, didn't talk unless spoken to. Susie hadn't come over either.
He knew the girl too well by now to think that nothing was wrong. Something must’ve happened, something was different.Â
“Wendy come here for a bit. I want to talk to you for a while.”

Andy was at his doorstep, looking different. She was wearing a sundress insead of her normal attire and a brace on her wrist, but the most shocking would be that her hair was cut in a bob. Her cane was missing as well.
“Hey, Andy. Long time no see, huh?” He paused to take in everything, she’d certainly changed a few things. finally he settled on the brace. “Did… you hurt yourself?”

She gives him a blank look for a moment. Then sighs a bit, rubbing the back of her neck a bit. Should she tell him? “… Vincent. I want to point something out to you I’ve noticed about Wendy. Whitney is Mama. Her mother is Mom. I have never heard her mix those labels. You’re Papa. She never new her father. Don’t you think if Wukong had taken the father figure role in her mind she would have used some variation of dad if that had been the case?”
“That being said. He isn’t golden in her eyes anymore than you are. She wasn’t being nearly as aggressive as she had until Wukong left without warning like you had. I’m almost scared how bad her anger got when I left… I’m not an empath, but I know what it’s like to be mad at everyone leaving you it’s-” Andy stopped, starting to feel choked up. She hadn’t meant to say that much.
“…. Wukong has been coming by the shop as well and I can tell you he genuinely cares about them.” And me. But she wasn’t going to say that. She’d said to much anyway.
She’d hit the nail on the head. “No, I know that’s not the case but... Yes, okay... It bothers me because it should have been me that was there for her instead of him. I mean... the whole reason I got into trouble was trying to do something for her! If you ask me this situation’s a pretty shitty reward for the effort!”
Hearing it out loud made it sound a lot worse that it had been in his head. He really was just being incredibly selfish, wasn't he? You could almost see him deflate and his head met his hands. “God... I’m a fucking idiot aren’t I? Sitting here feeling sorry for myself and acting like a damn child...”

“Well, she’s not going to be a child forever. Or that much longer really... I came back and she’d changed so much it’s baffling. Not just physically either, she’s matured a lot, she’s not as introverted as she was... I know she’s gained a few extra influences in her life aside from just you so I guess I’m just glad to see that someone’s having a positive affect...”
His expression soured a moment. “Andy, I gotta ask your opinion on something... While I was gone, Wendy started spending a lot of time with this guy... An old Chinese monkey god. You should hear the way she talks about him, calls him grandpa, and she keeps telling me how much he’s helped her out, how he was there when i wasn’t... Everyone keeps giving him these glowing reviews and telling me I’m worried for nothing and it’s... I don’t know, It’s bugging me.”

Leaning up from the counter she gave him a small friendly smile before turning back to her drink.
“Catherine. It was rude of me to forget to say my name after you had given me yours.”
He stared at her wordlessly for a moment before sighing. “Sure, if you’re so desperate for attention, I might be persuaded to spare some...”
He turned back so he was facing the bar, “A pleasure, Catherine...”
