The reasons why I’d love to be a villain.

Villains are the best. 

They never give up. Ever.                                                                                    Even though they lose every single time, they try again and again and again.

They are always optimistic, well most of the time that is.                                 I mean, why else would they always have a new plan up their sleeve?                They always think they’re going to win. 

They’re driven.                                                                                                        They know what they want and there is very little you can do to stop them from getting it. They will try again and again until they succeed.. or don’t. But they’ll die trying.

They’re confident and are sure of their abilities... okay maybe they’re a little egocentric.                                                                                              They know what they’re good at and they know how to use it to their advantage.

They’re practically geniuses.                                                                              Do I even need to explain this one? Always one step ahead. The witty comebacks. The hilarious one liners. The inventions. The fact that they actually have to explain their plans to the hero. Come now.

They have great style, most of the time.                                                             You don’t often see the villain in the same costume that gets washed... when exactly? Yes they may be flamboyant but at least they own it.

They know exactly whats going on in the world.                                              They didn’t just become evil. Something happened to them that made them evil. They aren’t deluded like the heroes they know exactly what the world is like, and often times they make more sense than the hero. They tell it like it is. Exactly like it is. 

Society doesn’t have any expectations for them.                                              They can do whatever they want, whenever and however they like.
