Honestly this is just some advice I could’ve used a few years ago and felt like maybe someone else could use it now, so why not write it all down. Anyway, here we go:
Plan your week (beforehand!) Planning my week has helped me the most. Personally, I find ticking off to-do lists very motivating, but I’ve got no time to fill my bullet journal throughout the week, so I make sure I make the weekly spread on Saturday or Sunday and write in every task I already know I have, homework and other stuff that’s added throughout the rest of the week I write down as soon as I get it.
If a bullet journal isn’t for you, I’d still recommend planning (maybe using a regular planner or a daily to-do list) writing down everything the weekend before school starts again.
Pack your bag the night before I don’t understand how people can pack their bags 5 minutes before they have to leave the house, I’m quite a forgetful and clumsy person and have forgotten books before (I actually forgot my entire bag once). At my school you’ll have to come an hour early if you forget your stuff, and this only adds up per subject so I like to pack my bag and make sure I have everything the night before
Don’t start studying the night before Honestly the last few years I could easily start cramming the night before a test and get a 6 or 7 out of 10, however, if you start studying a few days (I usually start 3 days before the test) before the test, you’re more likely to remember everything because you repeat things and have time to ask questions if you don’t understand something (most of my teachers won’t help the night before a test because they don’t check their mail late at night) This is what my studying plan looks like for most of my subjects: day 1: go over everything and make sure you understand everything! day 2: summarise! and make practise questions if you have them. day 3: go over everything globally and study your summary.
Make sure you know your schedule My school uses an app so I can check in between classes where my next one is, but I can imagine this doesn’t happen everywhere. You could make your schedule your lockscreen.

apparently modern medieval scholars have no solid idea why there’s so many old paintings of knights fighting snails. Like that wasn’t just one weird painting there’s hundreds of those.

And my favorite one here
I’m not saying humanity defeated an invasion of snail aliens in the Middle Ages but hold on wait that’s EXACTLY what I’m saying
snail aliens, or snaliens,
