     “ i haven’t really done anything that bad, i think ? the only authority i was rebel against was my stepfather’s. i guess i just grew tired of it all ? and ended up easing my anger with violence. i don’t regret it, though. ”

LUCIFER  ;  what are you most proud of ?

     “ this is going to sound terribly selfish, but i’m gonna’ go ahead and say myself. i think i’m the only one who truly knows myself and what i’ve been through; so knowing that, i’m pretty proud of myself and where i stand at the moment.”

‘ i don’t think it should be against violation to have a pet in your living quarters . . ’ giving a pertinent shake of her head, nude digits drag through brunet tresses as a temporary bust from her melancholic drawl that aimlessly pursued & thrusted through rosy brims, into the parlor’s ambience. silk kimono pooled at the french’s elbows, silhouette lolled across one of three artist’s chairs as her red tinted nose was met with the plush of a tissue & a frivolous pout resulted. ‘ i mean, he was a fish of GOLD. he has no teeth & one fin’s smaller than the other. he wasn’t causing harm .. y’know ? he quite liked jane austen, he was a keeper. ’ thumbing over the top of the now, empty wine bottle, the sweet nectar mimicking a foolish gloss stain, with the late duration continuous.

     he was carefully listening to her words, being rather confused by them. fish were harmless; so why wouldn’t a landlord allow them ? his eyebrows were furrowed, fingers slowly running through his hair.  “ did they make you kill the fish ? well, that’s a shame. he seemed cool for a fish. ”  there was a shrug of shoulders, and he knew just how ridiculous he sounded, yet he didn’t find any other way to phrase it.  “ honestly, that’s so fuckin’ stupid, though. it’s not like a fish can go around injuring people so what’s wrong with having one ? ”

benjamin had been out for a run when he noticed someone familiar on the other side of the road, causing a smirk to form on his features as he started to make his way towards them. however, once he caught up, he ‘accidentally’ bumped there shoulder with his own, halting in his tracks with a stupid smirk on his face. “sorry about that, wasn’t paying attention to where i was going. guess i got lost in your eyes.” he said, the smirk still evident on his features before a shrug left his shoulders. “now that i’ve gotten that horrible mess of a pick up line out of the way, come eat with me? i just jogged about five miles which means i’m starving and i don’t really want to go to a restaurant alone. i’m buying, of course.”

     as usual, he wasn’t exactly paying attention to where he was going. therefore, he wasn’t surprised when he felt his shoulder bumped against someone else’s. his lips parted to apologize, yet he was interrupted by a terrible pick up line that earned a roll of eyes.  “ i suggest you try a better one next time. ”  he spoke, with a small smirk on his lips. upon hearing his question, an eyebrow rose, as he considered the invitation; even though he already knew what his answer would be.  “ well, i can’t turn down free food, can i ? besides, after that awful pick up line, how could i ever say NO ? ”

lacey was sitting on a bench in the park, her eyes bright as she looked up at the clouds, delicate fingers weaving the flowers methodically into a circle to go atop her head. she was so focused on her environment, on nature itself that she hardly noticed the other person until they were standing right by her. “oh! hello there! do you want to sit?” she offered. “i’m making flower crowns if you’d like one..” the blonde girl pointed out. 

     he always was fond of NATURE; perhaps because it always calmed him down. whenever he was having a hard time, he’d often find himself in parks. other times, he simply went there to be able to relax; just like he had done. he was so distracted that he didn’t realize he had been too obvious about the staring at what the other was doing.  “ oh, uh      ”  the male was ready to say no, yet he ended up sitting beside her, eyes focusing on the flower crowns.  “ why not ? ”
