New pronoun options for Devon and Harper 🔥 You can also specify if they are transgender, and pair any body type with any of these pronouns.

The reason I hadn't done it before was because of conjugations, but thanks to a suffix tagging system, I was able to do it efficiently and went through the entire game today, matching every subject pronoun for Harper and Devon with the correct verb conjugation ❤️

not to get soapboxy about things like i used to on my old blog, but i do have to get out a few words about something on the tvtropes wmg page for ilw (warning for suicide mention & less serious warning for rambly me hours)

so, that page has a list of possible new ending ideas, one of which is a route where amalia commits suicide. now this is not the part i have words about (despite being a die hard lia stan who would sob their heart out for the next month if they saw her dying), but rather, it's the fact that one of the requirements for this ending would be having romanced her; the reasoning for this being that having been betrayed by her best friend whom she had just started to fall in love with would hit her especially hard

and i get it... sorta, because whoever added that also had the idea of it being one of the hardest endings to achieve, what with its many requirements (which is a good thing imo, who would go out of their way like that to have her die 😭), and as they already stated in the page you'd have to get enough romance points with her that you can trigger the ending but not so many that her nerve score goes too high and she doesn't die

but also i don't get it. i really don't. why would the romance part be all that necessary? why would you need to have a romantic aspect to amalia and mc's relationship for it to be "important enough" that she takes her life if all goes wrong, shouldn't their 10+ year long, extremely close, codependent-if-you-squint best-friendship be enough? this goes especially for a canonically arospec character

Cadybear’s MCs— Pregnancy and Kids Masterlist!

This is a list to declare which of my pairs have kids (and which don’t)— as well as how they do so, some basic details of each kid, and any other ideas/statuses I have for pairs regarding kids/pregnancy. Most of them are reproductive/womb transplant HetGNC mpreg (wow, shocker).

This list is subject to frequent updates, especially as many headcanons here are incomplete. I will also be eventually updating the list with links to intro profiles for each kid, as well as links to special posts detailing each couple’s experience with pregnancy. 

Feel more than welcome to send asks about any of these relationships/kids. As well as asks about mpreg/pregnancy/kids for any books/relationships I haven’t yet covered (anything that doesn’t appear on this list I either haven’t yet played or currently have zero ideas for, but I’ll always be happy to talk about what I’ve got so far).

I haven’t even started this series yet, but I know there’s no way they wouldn’t be all the way on the mpreg train, and I’ve definitely already decided that Alpha’s werewolves have a form of Omegaverse biology/rules— with of course Channing being an Alpha and Charlie being an Omega.

BABY BUMP: (bigender/dualgender!MC) Jayden “Jay” Cassidy x Myra Dixon, & (demiboy) Clint Covington

Elliot Dixon (boy) and Annie Dixon (girl), born February 16, 2020. As per canon and the whole point of this title, Jayden becomes pregnant via a heated one-night stand with Clint on their business school graduation night. 

Lacy Dixon (nonbinary/agender), born November 19, 2023. Based on the determinant series epilogue, Jayden becomes pregnant via sperm donor. 

Currently pending decision— I may or may not give them one or two more kids.

Extra Notes:

My version of Clint is not a full-on celebrity salesman during the BaBu timeline, nor keynote speaker at graduation. Rather, they’re a student in Jayden’s graduating class with exceptional skill in business, and hence the class valedictorian giving a valedictorian speech— they’re treated like a celebrity by others at most, much to his discomfort. Jayden is one of the few people he feels comfortable talking to due to how she doesn’t celebritize him, and how Jayden is open about his gender identity (whereas Clint is still closeted). Yeah I do love this book, but the whole “sexy muscular celebrity salesman with all the ladies swooning over his Abs and wanting to have his babies” was so forced and cheap and out-of-place for this kind of story.

While Jayden falls in love with and marries Myra, he does also maintain a strong queerplatonic relationship with Clint.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S BABY: (f!MC) Alyssa Larson and Cole Stone and Daphne Stone

As per canon, Alyssa becomes pregnant by Cole via IVF, and she acts as a surrogate for Cole and Daphne— eventually leading to Cole leaving Daphne for Alyssa.

As per my headcanon, however, Cole and Alyssa’s relationship ends quickly due to their realized incompatibility and the unhealthy manner in which they got together. And all three of them being either disinterested or unprepared for parenthood, the baby Luna is given up for adoption, and soon ends up in the loving care of the Ayana-Zhou household. Hence, Luna’s details are in the Evie x Aiden section.

Yeah, this book and its characters are so detestable that it doesn’t even deserve to be hit with the mpreg beam. Hell, it shouldn’t even be a part of the Cadyverse. But I like the baby and I felt sorry for her, so I’m keeping it around solely to harvest it for the baby (and the doctor) to give to my favorite pair, and that’s all the mercy I’ll grant it. Nanny Affair was at least fun and memorable and nostalgic in its messiness. 

I also do not care if this book was meant to take place during 2023. I’m changing it, it takes place during 2028-2029 now.

In that case of that plotline, they’d likely end up giving up any babies born for adoption due to Jo being sensitive/triggered by kids.

Extra Notes:

Elena declares wanting more kids in Book 3 as per an in-game dialogue option, but she would hate being pregnant. Hence the resulting series epilogue featuring MC pregnant is not canon for her. Instead it’s the epilogue that would appear if your MC says she does not want kids. 

The character of Mickey Dalton in this universe is a trans woman, coming out and changing her name to Angela in 2028, ie. approximately her freshman year of high school.

Also, wait, the Dalton company is about like bioengineering or biomechanics or biochemistry or some shit like that right? I wonder if Sam and Elena would have used it to help perfect the reproductive transplant process. Oh that would be delicious. And it means Adelaide would work at Dalton company… that could be fun :D

The Phantom Agent: Jane Bond & (male) Lou Bellrose & (male) Alexis Reid & Callum “Booty Galore” Grey & (male) Rowan Salazar

Currently pending decision— I like the idea of Jane getting at least one of her men pregnant by accident, with both Jane and the impregnatee guys having gotten reproductive/genital transplants individually from each other (sans Rowan, who would have gotten it with Jane). I just have to decide which ones get pregnant.

Extra Notes:

For the sake of those headcanons, TPA will take place in 2032, rather than the likely intended 2022.

Rowan, Lou, and Alexis are my ideal contenders for this. Lou is my top contender for this since he doesn’t canonically die. Though even if I don’t gave Alexis and/or Rowan get pregnant, I still kind of want to rewrite so that they don’t die.

If Rowan gets pregnant, it would happen prior to the story’s start. If Lou and/or Alexis get pregnant, it would happen in their respective in-game hookup scenes (which thankfully I don’t have to rewrite because MC tops by default even if f!MC. This book is for the viragos I tell you.)

RIDE OR DIE: (f!MC) Adelaide Zhou & Colt Kaneko

Currently pending decisions— I’m still deciding whether or not Addi gets a new partner after Colt, let alone whether she’d have any kids.

As for Colt, I’m considering following some of the ideas of the ROD 2 plan, particularly Colt marrying an heiress— and following that, him becoming pregnant by her via reproductive/genital transplants.

Extra Notes

While Colt marrying the heiress might become canon, the original ROD 2 main plot plan— where MC would have to reunite everyone 5 years after Book 1— would not be canon. Any next reunion between Colt and Addi would take place building up to, during, or after Colt’s pregnancy— which would be at least 12 years after Book 1’s ending. I prefer there to be quite some time before any MC-MPC reunion.

Also, Adelaide in my universe pretty much dedicates herself to speedrunning making these genitalia/reproductive swap transplants feasible once she graduates high school, and is pretty much a major initiative/leader in perfecting them. So shoutout to that. Bonus that she’s Aiden’s cousin, he’s insanely proud of and thankful for her.

THE ROYAL ROMANCE: (f!MC) Lew Ashour x Liam Rys

Melody Ashour-Rys (girl), born January 26, 2032. Liam became pregnant by Lew via actively trying for kids, thanks to getting reproductive system swap transplants in 2030. 

Currently pending decision— I may give them more kids, Liam carrying any and all of them.

Extra Notes:

TRH, but Liam’s the one who’s pregnant. End of discussion. Lew is infertile, but not at all to her dismay— as she’s, of course, bottom dysphoric, and averse to the idea of getting pregnant. She does want to have kids with Liam, but would prefer to do so in literally any other manner. However, the many people expecting her to become pregnant and either mourning her or shaming her for her infertility makes her freak out. due to her bottom dysphoria and pregnancy aversion. When she brings all this up to Liam, right away he is more than happy to carry their kid instead.

Admittedly I haven’t played TRH yet, but I heard TRH is pretty bad even outside of the pregnancy storyline, so maybe I’ll end up making my own version of all of it and not just the pregnancy storyline.

I doubt TRH book was meant to take place during the 2030s and IDK when any of the TRR series post TRR 1 was meant to take place, but in any case I’m fudging the timelines. TRH takes place during 2031-2032 and my timeline headcanons revolve around that henceforth. Or they could take place during the likely intended timelines, but it might mean Lew and Liam have to wait anxiously for transplants to be possible, and put up with years of people nagging Lew over all the aforementioned things. So IDK.

UNIVERSE 2

ALPHA: (f!MC) Tallulah Shetty x (male) Channing Lowe

Quite a handful of kids— the amount, names, and other details are all still being decided. For all kids, Channing becomes pregnant by Tallulah via actively trying for kids.

Extra Notes:

Probably goes without saying, but Tallulah is an Alpha and Channing is an Omega, and Omegaverse for Alpha Werewolves is a Universal Constant.

I’m not sure yet how well the story would play with f!MC and m!Channing, but in any case, there would be no justice in the world if I didn’t also make a universe with an Alpha f!MC and an Omega m!Channing. It would be so delicious even if the in-game wlm route dynamic is otherwise mostly hetnorm.

And f!MC getting m!LI pregnant will be delicious, even for a more otherwise hetnorm dynamic.

I do know though that if I pick Maria as his main endgame relationship, he’d be carrying their kids without a problem— it wouldn’t be much discussion who carries since Maria is pregnancy averse, and with someone like her he’d feel extra confident that he could keep up his interest in dance & performance while also being a dad.

With Emma however, she’d kind of have herself in mind as the pregnant one, and they’re unsure if it’d be too much for both of them to become pregnant, so it’d take longer for them to figure things out.

In the case of a throuple, both Alan and Emma would carry kids probably.

RIDE-OR-DIE: Universe Dilemma

I’m very conflicted for the ROD MC of my other universes— because on one hand, ROD seems like one of those books that’s really good for having different MCs cause there is quite a bit of variety in the choices. On the other hand, the womb transplant development (not to mention her being Aiden’s cousin) kinda requires Adelaide to be a Universal Constant, don’t you think?

Even if I can find other characters who will do a good job speedrunning the reproductive transplant development, IDK it feels weird to have this character be an important family member of Aiden’s in my main universe, and then nonexistent in all my other universes. Like that just feels weird.

Though honestly, this can be applicable to literally any scenario where a pregnant Aiden is in one of those really good moods and thus turns on some music and offers Evie a dance.

Evie’s name means “desired child”— which is very important that Scott picked, because that even if he didn’t want Rani to go through with her pregnancy if she didn’t want to (as she was regretting the pregnancy and parenthood), she still went through with it and gave him the child he always wanted… and so he shouldn’t take that for granted.

Finding a similar-sounding male equivalent was difficult if not impossible. I ended up going with the name Evan, which means “God is gracious”— although not the same meaning, the aspect of graciousness would still be important to Scott in the situation; it would moreso represent that Rani was gracious to give him the child he always wanted, even though she didn’t have to go through with it if she didn’t want to… and so he shouldn’t take that for granted.

Extracurriculars and Interests

Evan is big into cheerleading, as well as a bit of gymnastics, and would take the cheerleader route in the canon game mechanics. Although he doesn’t come across any Brian-equivalents on the cheer team, he’s still incredibly self-conscious about being a boy interested in cheer. It helps a bit though that Mia (who is the most intimidating of the squad to him) openly denounces gender-normative ideas about who can do cheer from the very start.

Evan would be intrigued by theatre, just as Evie would. But since Evie tries for the knight role, there’s a chance she wouldn’t get her leg broken as per canon. Evan however would love to try for the princess role, and thus the plot about their leg getting broken in auditions almost certainly would happen to him.

Personal Style

Evan’s style of clothing/appearance would be all the kinds of things that canon Evie despises: crop tops; short shorts; thigh highs; skirts and dresses; especially skirts/dresses that are short, tight, and/or have a leg slit. He'd enjoy makeup too. Likewise, his most hated forms of clothing would basically be the kinds of things Evie loves. He'd only wear those things if they were feminized, cutesified, fancified, or sexified in some way. Eg. He'd only wear a sports jersey or leather jacket if it was made into a midriff top. He'd only wear a pantsuit if it was a very feminine style.

Gender and Sexual Identities

Whereas Evie is bi with a huge preference for men, Evan is bi with a huge preference for women. While not incapable of same-gender attraction, they both have greater desire and necessity for HetGNC relationship. Both of them would identify as GNC of course; and similarly to Evie with the Virago label, when Evan learns of the Mollis/Mollie label, that would become his primary label.

The other people Evie finds attractive at Berry are Caleb, Michael, Julian, Maria, Kieran, and Ajay. Evan on the other hand would probably be attracted to Maria, Emma, Sakura, Koh, Jade, Erin, maybe Mia— and in a universe with genderbent Evie but not genderbent Aiden, Evan would probably pursue Maria. Idk yet which guy or guys Evan might be attracted to though… I can see maybe Caleb or Aiden.

And just as Evie is a strict top who is strongly averse to having her vulva/clit/vagina touched in any way, Evan is a strict bottom who is strongly averse to having his penis/testicles touched in any way.

Experience with Gender and GNCness

Where Evie would often feel restricted/maligned by the notion that (people perceived as) women wanting to be masculine has “internalized misogyny” and “is only influenced by standards that value masculinity and maleness over femininity and femaleness”, Evan would feel restricted/maligned by the idea that (people perceived as) men doing feminine things is “appropriating womanhood” or “men invading women's spaces”.

Where Evie would feel excluded/alienated from how a lot of things deemed as “for women” or “centered on women” tend to ignore masculine/GNC women, Evan would feel excluded/alienated by how most of the “femininity is devalued” conversation is brought up as a response to women being more genderqueer, to uplift feminine women- but it's almost never brought up about the standards placed on men.

Evan might be a lot more reserved than Evie about expressing his GNC style. Evie at least grew up with some degree of positive-influence genderrole-breaking women, even if they weren't necessarily GNC. But a lot of that kind of stuff for guys is treated like a joke— and to be absolutely clear, by no means am I saying that GNC/genderrole-breaking women are universally accepted or “more accepted than GNC/genderrole-breaking guys”, they're not! But I don't imagine Evan would have gotten to see as much positive portrayal of guys like him or guys similar to him. In which case, I think Scott would scour the entire of history to find some media that portrays non-conforming men in a more positive light.

Ada Zhou

Name Meaning in Narrative

I didn’t stress as much over naming female Aiden.

The name “Aiden” means “little fire”, which I felt was very narratively fitting to Aiden+Ada in canon due to his intense passion for music, and fire is often associated with passion or being passionate. However, unlike with Evie and her name, I don’t really have any lore about how important to his parents it might have been to give their kid a name with that meaning.

The name “Ada” means “noble” or “of nobility”. Though completely different from “little fire”, I feel like it could still be narratively important. One could argue Aiden+Ada faces some level of— for lack of better words— expectation to remain “well behaved” and closer to one of nobility? Albeit it never struck me as to a major degree. IDK.

Extracurriculars and Interests + Sexual Identity

It probably goes without saying, but Ada and Aiden are one-to-one in their passion, dedication, and encyclopedic knowledge in (classical) music. As well as secondary interests/hobbies such as roller-skating and reading.

Aiden is canonically queer (presumably bi— at least I headcanon him as bi) due to his alternate love interest option being Cameron Levy, who is nonbinary/genderqueer. This all remains the same for Ada.

Personal Style + Experience with Gender and GNCness

Canon Aiden is an initially masc guy who, in my headcanons as we all know, has a genderqueer awakening and hence an everlasting “cunt era”— adding a lot of feminine styles (especially of a more revealing/risqué nature) to his looks, partly as a result of being inspired by Evie's proud GNCness. Likewise, Ada is an initially feminine gal who starts adding more masculine styles to her looks as well, partly as a resuly of being inspired by Evan’s GNCness. Both Aiden and Ada on their own would have strong distaste for chauvinistic standards as well.

I’ll be making edits of Ada’s versions of all of Aiden’s outfits in a separate post, but whereas canon Aiden has (for lack of better words) a polished casual-professional masc look, Ada’s is the same but more fem. When Ada enters her genderqueer era, she would definitely love wearing stuff like classy masc suits, like how genderqueer/cunt era Aiden loves wearing classy elegant dresses.

In my headcanons/interpretation, Aiden’s parents (mom especially) are very naive when it comes to genderqueer-related topics. Initially, they have a hard time getting used to Aiden’s new clothing styles (especially the risqué aspect). This might happen similarly for Ada getting into her new clothing styles. Maybe mildly less so, considering a lot of masc “risqué” styles aren’t like truly scandalous (Can you imagine Bridget going “Ada’s revealing her forearms???? How inappropriate!” Like come on). But still, it would lead to some messy/fucky conversations.

For both Aiden and Ada, the parents do eventually come around and are more understanding and supportive, but it does take a while for them to unlearn their biases.

Adevan

It probably goes without saying that, like Aidevie, Adevan’s relationship is heavy in role-reversal— with of course Evan liking the "feminine" roles and Ava taking an interest in "masculine" roles. So Ada carrying Evan, Evan sitting in Ada’s lap, etc.

Many other interactions and dialogues would remain the same, but many dynamics and feelings will certainly differ.

Proposals and Asks

When Aiden asks Evie to homecoming, she’s flattered that he composed a whole song for her for the occasion, stunned and joyous that he seems to return her crush, but also a little disappointed because she wanted to be the one asking him— though she doesn’t feel like her masculinity was threatened or anything. When Ada asks Evan to homecoming, however… he’s purely on cloud fucking nine.

With Aiden doing both the first homecoming ask and the first prom ask, and Evie loving how he pulls it off despite her wanting to do the asks, he and Evie would end up alternating ask roles. So Evie does the hoco and prom asks the next school year; and then in Evie’s senior year, Evie does the hoco ask and Aiden does the prom ask. Evie absolutely wants to be the one to propose, though, which Aiden is okay with. He loves both giving and receiving big planned special things.

Evan, meanwhile, is eating it the fuck up when Ada does both the homecoming ask and the prom ask. Evan expresses major approval of this, encouraging her to keep that shit up in the next school year, but at some point he may start to feel a bit guilty and worry that he’s making her do all the asking and “not pulling his weight”.

Perhaps by their second prom, Evan ends up planning an ask for her— which Ada definitely remarks is not like him. Ada ends up not minding doing all the asking, but understanding why Evan would feel compelled to do an ask every now and then. Of course, Evan does still want her to do the marriage proposal, and so she does.

Knight-and-Princess Complexes

Evie develops a bit of a hero complex in the OG trilogy timeline— as she takes on a huge role in unifying the school, she starts to perceive herself as Aiden’s Knight In Shining Armor and will jump at any chance to take up that role. This is extra amplified in Book 2 when Aiden is targeted by Isa. Evie gets a lot more opportunity to step up and defend him, and is proud of it— but will feel devastated when the Band turns against the Jocks and Aiden defends the Band. But soon after, Aiden does make clear his appreciation for what she does.

Evan I think would take up the similar school unifier role and helping-Ada-out and etc purely because it’s the right thing to do (and that reason is part of why Evie helps out too, of course), but does also fantasize a lot about receiving “princess treatment” from Ada, and would maybe feel guilt for wanting that, worrying it would come off as lazy or selfish for him to want that. He doesn’t mind taking up leadership roles and standing up for Ada, and likes being recognized for it, but he doesn’t want to be perceived as a Knight In Shining Armor to Ada.

Given Evan joins Cheer though, and the Cheerleaders also go against the jocks in Book 2… I’m actually not sure how Evan would side. He would want to defend his squad, but at the same time he might still feel it unfair to blame the Jocks. And given Ada defends the Band (and Cheer) going against the Jocks just as Aiden did, yeah how Evan sides will have different influence on their dynamic. I may get back on this in a later sequel post.

Aiden has a guilty pleasure for being spoiled and pampered and receiving attention and praise in a relationship. But emphasis on guilty, because he always feels bad if it seems to him like he doesn’t do enough praising/special things for his partner. Both Aiden and Ada would like both being pampered and pampering— but Ada may particularly grow to like pampering in a “gentlemanly” manner. I think as she enters her genderqueer era, she would come to really vibe with being a gentleman/gentlemasc type. But she would also get nervous about being bad at it, often feeling like she’s not very experienced in it.

Aiden can also be protective of Evie just as Evie is of him, simply because it’s the fair and right thing to do. Evie doesn’t mind this given his reasoning, especially since he doesn’t have nearly as much of the “Knight in Shining Armor” mindset. Similarly, Ada and Evan are equally protective of each other. It might take Ada a bit longer for her to perceive it as “Knight in Shining Armor” or even just “heroic”.

Sexuality

Aiden loves making Evie’s head turn when wearing risqué feminine outfits— he’s a bit of a sucker for attention and praise in canon somewhat, and so I headcanon he loves to put in the effort to captivate his partner with his appearance.

Ada may likely feel similarly, and thus might love dressing in a masculine “risqué” manner to make Evan’s head turn. Perhaps for example: slacks and an open button-up shirt, no bra. Or stuff that would highlight her shoulders and/or forearms, like how Aiden likes to wear stuff that would highlight his ass/hips/legs. Or fancy-pattern boxer briefs, like how Aiden enjoys fancy lingerie sets. Or packing with a packer or strap-on and wearing an outfit that highlights/accentuates the bulge.

It’s worth mentioning that Evan would probably be a lot more “look at how sexy I am” than Evie is. Evie loves to do “masc sexy” things, but she puts far more energy into swooning over Aiden and praising how sexy he is— the fact that beauty and being visually sexy/desirable is strongly attributed to women, puts Evie off from presenting herself as sexy and desirable even if it’s in a masc way. That type of stuff doesn’t put Ada off as much, though.

But with Evan, of course, he would lean very heavily into being risqué/seductive/desirable to Ada. Aiden gets satisfaction not only from being seen as sexy and desirable, but also from the fact that it was his proactive efforts involved in “commanding the room” and captivating Evie. Evan meanwhile is just happy to be seen as sexy and desirable.

And of course… Evan is a strict bottom and hugely averse to topping, and Ada finds herself preferring topping with zero interest/satisfaction in the idea of bottoming; just as Evie is a strict bottoming-averse top, and Aiden finds himself preferring bottoming with zero interest/satisfaction in the idea of topping. The dynamics of how Adevan navigate their sexualities however would differ from Aidevie’s quite a bit— the details of which will be covered in their own post because it gets a bit explicit.

Marriage

I don’t need to elaborate really, lol. Evan’s wearing a sexy beautiful wedding gown, Ada’s wearing a dashing suit, everything is as gender reversed as possible. Ada’s the one who proposes, Evan walks down the aisle. Not much would really change other than the gender-based roles.

Pregnancy and Kids

To the surprise of probably absolutely no one, when Adevan have kids, Evan is the one who becomes pregnant by Ada— with, of course, the help of genital/reproductive anatomy swap transplants; these becoming feasible/fully developed in 2030 is obviously a Universal Constant in the CadyWorld.

Evie is averse to being pregnant and Aiden greatly prefers the idea of being pregnant— likewise, Evan is averse to impregnating and Ada prefers the idea of having a pregnant partner. The explanations for which, will be covered in their own post as well, because I’m still finding the right words for both Adevan’s and Aidevie’s relationships with pregnancy and if I try to do that here, this post will probably never see light of day.

I have yet to decide if the kids would be genderbent too, though. But there is potential to explore both versions— as well as genderbent versions of the kids for regular Aidevie.

I have yet to think deeply on the kids’ experiences with gender, beyond Daniyal looking up to Aiden and taking greatly after Aiden’s feminine styles. It will be interesting to explore how that dynamic would work when at least one of them is genderbent. A female version of Daniyal for Adevan would probably look up to Ada a lot and take after her masculine styles— however, the fact that Daniyal was Aiden’s first pregnancy did contribute to their closeness a bit. Ada absolutely won’t be bearing any kids, so who knows how that will affect the relationships with her kids. Stay tuned for an eventual new post on this.
