Adoptable TOS

General Rules
Payment/trade must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation. Once a payment has been accepted, the sale is final. Must be finish within 48 hours, if you not done after time time listed, you lost the slot of purchasing until the next bid claim. Repeat the same record and you might be in restricted list.
Cash payments are via Paypal only. Send through invoice, and pay additional fee please!
You will receive an unwatermarked art only after I receive payment.
You can re-post my art anywhere (Only use watermarked version) - please credit or link back to me!
Designs may only be resold for the same price you paid for them, with the exception of additive prices for additional art.
If you resell, trade or gift a design, please direct the new owner here so they can also read these rules.
I do retain the copyright to the artwork. This means that the character is yours, but you were not the one to design it, nor the owner of the species it belongs to.
If any of the rules of this TOS are egregiously broken, I always have the right over my art/designs and may revoke your rights to use my art/designs.
Please do not directly edit my artwork without permission from myself. (changes to the design in your own/commissioned artwork is fine!). Don't trace, heavy referenced on my art please.
YOU MAY
Give the design a different name/gender/outfit/pet/accessories/story/body type/species/etc.
Make any edits to the design yourself in you own drawings/commissions you buy of the design.
Create, take commissions for and own personal products of my designs including but not limited to -- charms, buttons, plushies, prints, etc. These items may not be mass produced and sold for profit.
YOU MAY NOT
Make profit out of my design - such as reselling my design when you got it in a trade/as a gift, or reselling it for higher than the original price (not including extra art).
Use my design for commercial use - they are for personal use only. (If you want to discuss commissioning me for commercial use then send me a message, prices can be go under discussions)
Directly edit my art yourself without my permission - this does not include creating icons, cropping and resizing, which are fine.
Claim my design as your own.
Purchase my adopts with fake accounts or identity.
Once payment has been sent, you cannot change your mind over the adoptable you want. Once you have purchased an adopt, you cannot 'swap' it with another one in my gallery, even if they have the same price.
