ugh I'm so happy with this. and I'm so happy with how my lineart has been looking lately. I used to hate doing clean lines but I took a lot of time to practice enjoying it, and now it's so fun, especially adding the finishing touches. A little comparison of filling in some areas with black, I think it gives it depth.

john is stronger than me I could never I probably could've done this better but I have art block so I just forced myself to finish this things are tough, personal stuff aside my phone battery almost exploded i mentioned this already but I deleted the post later lmao so I'm without a phone for now on the 26th I was gonna celebrate my 1 year javier anniversary I mean it's been a year since I drew him for the first time (and now I'm on javier drawing number 166), so yeah I wanted to do something special but my phone broke down and other not nice stuff happened so either I'll "celebrate" later or next year idk but am aliv hi hello hi

In fact, I think that John may not seem like the most empathetic or romantic person, but deep down, he was still struggling with his feelings about Javi, and perhaps even wanted to forgive him. This is why he was constantly fighting his inner demons before their next encounter, many years later. I imagine that in his dreams, he often sees Javi as a young man, experiencing the same feelings of early love, which may provide him with a sense of relief.

Thank u for the request, I really enjoyed drawing!! And I tried a new way of coloring, and I think I'll draw like this more often!

Finally airing out my RDR2 sketches from 2025. I got the game back in 2018 or 2019 but haven't drawn any fanart til last year for some reason. I'm a sucker for doomed yaoi and Jovier fits the narrative perfectly.
