I feel like a lot of the songs from Jem's album "Finally Awoken" would work for Simon. The main ones I can think about are Save me, Come on closer, 24, and They.

Save me is when Simon is hallucinating/getting tormented by the eel.

24 is basically his overall time in the sub.

Come on closer could be when the sub is flooding

They is about the C.O.I

I know half of these songs mean stuff completely different but still I feel like if you think about it the songs fit.
