I give up...

That was to much accidents in the last months.

I woke up every night 2-4x for peeing. In the last months the accidents where i wet the bed or the couch twice getting more and more. In some weeks 2-3x.

Its depressing, when you woke up in the morining and you must change the sheets and spray a lot of microbiological odour remover. When you came home from work you have to hang up the sheets. And the little bit of pee odour is everywhere. Thats to much....

I have decided, it's easyer to diaper me up every evening. Nothing special. Just with a better dry and a few stuffers.

Now i can drink enough at the evening without thinking about how often i will woke up at night. My Fitness tracker says that my sleep is better and i feel me more relaxed in the morining.

And so it began. One simple sleepover. Nobody would notice... Right?

Turns out they noticed. They noticed the smell of baby powder mixed with lotion. They noticed the (bigger than I thought) bulge.

So here I am, after the pictures. Forced to wear these 24/7. I ONLY NEED THEM AT NIGHT. Too late though. I'm now fully exposed to everyone in my life. Thanks to one single sleep over
