I honestly forgot about this blog. And I feel ashamed.
But on the plus side, I remembered this blog.

The needed break
For the past two weeks, I have not been present in my mind. I've been so busy with working more hours and visits to home that I haven't really made the time to practice all the things I hoped to practice. I'm hoping that maybe now that I'm back in London I'll be back in my regular environment and hopefully able to to be more open in the mind.

My first attempt
So last night was my first ever attempt at astral projection. As expected, I didn't achieve any results. But I'm not discouraged. I think I need to focus on timing and get my real focus attuned to when I'm about to enter the phase. Tonight I'll be doing some more research on the subject, maybe on some ways I can better focus my attention in that state. Any advice would be wonderful, although my blog, in its infancy, doesn't have many followers. So if you have any advice let me know and I'll check out your blog stat!
After doing some reading on astral projection tonight I'm eager to see what kind of dreams I might have tonight. I don't expect to achieve any true goals tonight but I now have the idea in my mind and I'm hoping my creative side will take hold and help me figure this out a bit more.
I've really become interested in what I've always known to be called "astral projection" or "lucid dreaming". I'm eager to learn more about it. There's something more to it for me than just the novelty of the idea. I think it probably has real potential to help me with some things I'm going through in life right now.
