Begging food companies to realize that some of us just need gluten free food. We don't also need soy-free-lactose-free-egg-free-vegetarian-organic food.
It's unnecessary, drives up prices on food that is already more expensive, and can very much feel like another kick in the teeth for people who already have a hard enough time finding enjoyable convenience foods. If you can make a gluten free bean and cheese burrito, please do so. Don't assume I also want it to be vegan and take away the cheese, or replace it with some fake "cheese" that I actually can't eat because it's made of cashews.
May will be filled with joy.
May will be filled with love.
May will be filled with trust.
May will be filled with peace.
May will be filled with clarity.
May will be filled with miracles.
May will be filled with blessings.
"Why there isn't more trans men in history, contributing to queer advancements?" damn I wonder why people who were previously women that were forced into marriages and into being property either of their fathers or husbands would have a hard time coming out as a trans man. Truly a mystery. Oh wait you're also telling me people that lived their whole lives as men but were outed after they died are actually lesbians that did that to scape sexism? That's so cool. What more are you wrong about.
ya i want to be tucked in and kissed on the head and given my favorite stuffie like a little kid ok and what about it
Age regression is always portrayed as this pure super cute, electable comforting thing in social media and Iām sorry but, Iām tired, thereās sometimes itās not. Sometimes age regressing is extreme feelings, itās hitting your head and screaming in pain and laying on the floor and kicking and wanting it to stop. Sometimes itās shaking in anxiety, biting your hands and stimming uncomfortably. Sometimes theres no comfort, sometimes the triggers are not good, and thatās fine too. Age regressing does not mean pure state, it means a much younger one. Just that. It can be violent and ugly too
āWhere are the trans men in history?ā See. When you're born a gender that was forcefully married off, who had to live most of their life indoors, when you had to raise children, and had a lobotomy if your family thought you were a tad too odd, it's kinda hard to come out as a trans man now ain't it.
"misandry isnt real men aren't oppressed for being men" literally talk to any man of colour. literally ask any man who survived the aids crisis. would you cross the street if you saw a man walking towards you. would you be inclined to spray a man just for walking nearby you. have you ever seen a native/black/brown man who you didn't think would hurt you even if you saw him petting butterflies earlier and plenty of his friends said "well no he's really a sweetheart if you got to meet him" but no you're too busy hating any kind of masculinity. imagine a man now imagine him black are you scared of him now. do you see what I'm saying.
if I had a nickel for every time my mom insulted me for trying to present masculine I'd have enough money to move out and go to college. if I had a dime for every time my brother referred to me as his sibling instead of his brother (which I've asked him many times to do) I'd have a yacht. do you see what I'm saying here. they want me to be a girl. they are forcing me into femininity. i am being *hated* for *being a man.* do you see what I'm saying. if i had a dollar for every racist slur my nana has said about me my brother and uncles because we dared to be native american men (she's nice to my mom though š¤) near her i'd have enough money to pay for her cancer treatment. do you see or are you too busy plugging your ears to listen to anything a man has to say because you can't imagine anyone who's not a woman contributing anything to society
This is transandrophobia
To be entirely honest, I do not think the discomfort some people feel being around masculine presenting butches, transmascs, and trans men is purely a lingering trauma from cis men that they cannot help. While I think it certainly can be, or can contribute- I believe this line of thinking often functions as an excuse to refuse examining that what many are actually uncomfortable with here is gender nonconformity.
Even then, if you have trauma, see a therapist.
I was fucking mortified of women I didn't know extremely well, and avoided them as much as possible growing up due to trauma around being sexually assaulted many, many times by women and girls.
I went to therapy, I worked through my shit, and I got better.
If you're really so traumatized by men that you feel the need to make that the problem of strangers who did nothing wrong, then fix your heart.
Its in the best interest for trans people to learn the difference between an actual transphobe, and someone who just isn't up to date with the latest terminology
Hey, full offense, but if you're a white, passing, able bodied trans man who has enough access to financial and medical resources to transition medically, and you make an effort to talk over trans men who aren't as privileged as you when they say they don't benefit from the patriarchy, you need to pull your head out of your ass long enough to notice that the world doesn't revolve around you.
