Google Docs trick

This is something I didn’t know, but Google Docs will make you a mindmap.

1. Open a blank doc.

2. Add your outline for notes (I personally use Evernote, so I copy & pasted it from there).

3. Select all the text. (CTRL+A or command(?)+a)

4. Click “Add-ons” at the top.

5. Click “MindMeister” and then select “Insert as MindMap.” (If you don’t have this, click “Get Add-ons” and search “MindMeister” to get it.)

6. Your mindmap is done!

I personally cannot make mindmaps to save my life, so although it is messy, this gives me a base on how to set up my mindmap!

Hey guys! Something people always seem to struggle with in Spanish is conjugations. This video was shown to me by my Spanish teacher last year and after a couple of times hearing it, it really did help with conjugations!

Estar

Is the second Spanish verb that means “to be”. Estar is used to describe something’s essence. Examples include:  position (1), location (2), action (3), physical and mental condition (4) and emotion (5).

Estoy acostado esperándote. | I’m lying down waiting for you.

Mi abuela está en el mercado. | My grandmother is at the market.

Estoy cantando en la ducha. | I’m singing in the shower.

Ellos están cansados. | They are tired.

Mirella está triste. | Mirella is sad.

i think that it’d be good to speak a lot of spanish for practice but at the same time i don’t think i’d understand it very well so maybe we can write in both english and spanish, if that’s not too much trouble.. or just in spanish and then we can ask each other if we don’t understand haha, and write in english if we don’t really know it in spanish etc xxx

so yeah my name’s Elvira and I’m not very good in spanish haha..... trying to get better etc.. wanna go to Spain cos i honestly think being there for a few weeks would be the best way for me to learn the language!
