-it’s not something we can control -it comes more than it goes -when it hits, it’s not easy to “just let it go” -we can’t just turn it off -if we could “turn it off”, we would -we say sorry a lot -we ask things repeatedly for reassurance -we feel like a burden, but sometimes we need someone there -making someone with anxiety feel more alone than we already feel is the worst thing to do -try to understand that we have to already deal with anxiety so causing more is a no no -don’t get mad at us for having anxiety - most importantly be supportive, everyone has a story
