"Is that any way to treat a lady?”
“what the hell is this?” she pointed to the corn dog stand, her brows furrowed. “corn meal made to cover a hot dog? i’ve had a hard enough time understanding how someone could ingest the hot dog itself.”
"Kind of, but they’re not that bad. Maybe you should try one?”

gabriel chuckled. she could tell the alcohol was starting to kick in with the blonde. “i can create just about anything. i’m talented like that you know,” she teased. “well that’s fair enough. oh honey you’re here for more than a few days. no one can leave. but no it’s no fun to drink alone,” she agreed.
"Really? What are you?” Cathleen asked that question a million trillion times, but she couldn’t help it. The young witch was S O curious about the supernatural and this town was simply crawling with it. How was she supposed to hide her curiosity? The urge to learn more? “I heard about that... and that is exactly why I need a new drinking buddy.” She winked at her.

Of all things Kelly had been expecting Cathleen to speak that that hadn’t been it. She was right, it hadn’t been easy. But how does one say that without sounding like they were whining or conceited? “It wans’t… but it was worth it. I love my son very much. He’s a good man.” She exclaimed. “Maybe you’ll meet him… his name is Jack Kline.”
"I am glad to hear that.” Cathleen was not just glad about the fact that Kelly loved her son - she was glad to hear that he was a good man. It was difficult for her to imagine what Lucifer’s son would be like, but maybe it was just the thought of the devil that clouded her judgement and scared her. “I’ll try to remember that name... and I promise I’ll try to be nice to him too. I know I have quite a big mouth sometimes.”

“That’s me. The charmer.” He said with a roll of his eyes.
"So keep on being T H I S charming and I just might have throw something at your head too.”

“I never saw one in before now,” she inhaled sharply. "Except in books but now I don’t know where it went.“ She was now wishing she hadn’t seen one. It had knocked her a down a peg. "Yeah, sure,” she started to move her leg where the scratch was. It wasn’t as deep as she thought. Still it hurt pretty bad.
"What exactly are they?” The blonde wondered out loud. Cathleen really wanted to help looking, but she would need some sort of a description for that. She walked closer and knelt down to take a look at the female’s leg - it was not awfully deep, but it definitely looked like it hurt. “Hm... We need to disinfect the wound... and I... I could give you a balm for it, if you want that. It should help you heal in next to no time at all.”

Castiel frowned once more. “How do I delete them?”
"Oh, they’re that annoying, huh? It depends. What app do you use to talk to them? Or do they have your phone number?”

*· ☆,.- “Well, at least you are none of the crazy ones….” Sidney meant the werwolves and vampires and shapeshifters, whom she tried to tolerate and respect, but it was sometimes hard seeing some of those supernaturals were simply that - crazy. Sadly. “Would you like to walk with me then, maybe?”
"What are the crazy ones?” She laughed in a curious tone before she nodded her head. “Sure, I would like that. Where are you headed?”
hellishbella
“yeah, you could say that.”
"So can you shift into a dog or something?”
tricky-gabriel
gabriel laughed and flipped her hair playfully. “well thank ya,” she replied. “fair enough. though if i really wanted to i guess i could create my own liquor store to drink,” she added. “so why are you so insistent that i should get drunk? just need a drinking buddy?” she asked, a playful glint in her eyes.
"You’re welcome.” The blonde giggled between another swig of alcohol. “And wait - you can create your own liquor stores? That’s awesome.” And the alcohol was already kicking in, as it seemed, at least a tiny tad. “I definitely do. I got stuck here a few days ago and I’m going nuts, so alcohol is my plan for tonight... It’s just no fun to drink on your own.”
tricky-gabriel
“i aim to impress,” she chuckled. “oh i really am. like i said. not unless you have a liquor store for me to drink.”
"Well, you certainly succeeded.” The blonde laughed quietly. “And - I mean... we are at a bar. You could always try to empty that.” She shrugged before she took a swig out of the bottle as well.

“I.. I don’t know,” she was trying to think what it looked like. "Maybe it was a wendigo.“ She remembered that from her book. She didn’t get the best look at it though.
"I am afraid I’m not much help - I don’t even know what a wendigo is.” And she hated herself for the lack of knowledge that she had when it came to the supernatural world. “I could take a look at your leg if you want? Maybe I can do something about that.”
hellishbella
“a dog from hell.”
"That, uhm... it sounds interesting.” And Cathleen had no idea what that meant - at all.

“Of course… I can certainly somewhat understand the need to keep a close eye on family lest they get themselves into some sort of trouble.” Hopefully hers wasn’t planning on inhaling all the souls from P U R G A T O R Y, willingly and knowingly seeking out the risk of explosion. He continued to nod, considered resting a well-meaning hand on her shoulder (was that…comforting?) but then she carried on despite the fact he could plainly see she was upset. Good on her, he supposed. After all, if you can’t save the world… You might as well have a drink and splurge out on a waterbed. Or something to that effect. A smile tugged onto his lips as she questioned his name. It definitely didn’t have the same snappy ring to it as Brad or Chad but what was an angel to do? “Cathleen,” he repeated, offering now a more genuine smile than before, before raising his eyebrows towards her. Ah, a witch. Of course. Even her laugh had sounded sad… It wasn’t that he cared terribly or anything but if he was going to be stuck here anyway, he may as well put in some sort of effort. Right? “Now, now Cathleen. There’s no need to feel upset about that at least, I’m an angel myself and if I can hardly scratch its surface then it’s safe to say the power needed is astronomically above our pay grade. That or- perhaps and- the spell to reverse all this will be locked away somewhere just as powerful and elusive,” he paused before adding, “I’m sure your magic is just charming.” He nodded again- he ought to stop doing that- before gesturing across the way from them. “I’ll be happy to show you to the bar. I believe the regular fellow behind it has a thing for me so the first bottle or two is on moi.”
"Well, I do trust my sister - she is smart enough to stay out of trouble too, but...” Cathleen hesitated for one moment, wondering if it was smart to say these things to a total stranger. The man probably didn’t care to hear her story, but maybe that was what made her feel like it was okay to open up ; He didn’t know her. He wouldn’t try to comfort her with stories from the past, or make an attempt to point out the negative aspects of having her deceased family members in her life, like some of her so-called friends did. “We recently lost our older sister and our grandma who raised us. It scared me to wake up and see that she was gone without a note, without anything.” And maybe it was wrong to follow Alex to Sioux Falls, but she could not stand the thought of losing her youngest sister too. Not now. The witch gave him another small smile when he told her that there was no need to be upset about this, but her eyes widened as soon as he told her what he was. “You’re an angel?” She heard him, loud and clear, but she was surprised. Up until today she’d never even known that they existed and now he was the second one that she met. It gave her some hope for this town - how was she supposed to know that some angels liked to cause havoc too? “Thank you for saying that.” It seemed like Balthazar certainly knew how to be charming as well, but it felt wrong to say that to an angel. “I just do hope we will all find the way out one day.” The blonde started to walk when he gestured into the right direction, but she stopped in her tracks for a moment when he mentioned that the bartender had a thing for him. “Normally I’d hate to take advantage of that, but... free drinks sound wonderful tonight.” And it clearly cheered her up a little, so whoops. Maybe it was time to forget about being polite for one evening.
tricky-gabriel
“definitely,” she replied, grabbing the bottle with a wink and taking a swig.
Cathleen raised her eyebrows when she took a swig right out of the bottle. “Impressive. You must be really sure that you can’t get drunk.”
hellishbella
“i’m something called a hellhound.”
"A hellhound? What is a hellhound?”
hellishbella
“oh, no. not even a little bit.” she didn’t see any point in hiding it anymore.
"Not even one little bit? What does that mean?”
