Your thoughts on Joukai teenage pregnancy (we ignore the logistics, could be one of them fem or some ABO rule or just whatever) like when they are still in high school.
Paired with a sprinkle of Jou and Kaiba are secretly dating and them just doing a whoopsie daisy, because stupid teenagers with bad parenting and issues.
And what do you think each of their reaction would be (so either Kaiba or Jou being pregnant)
I think Jou would react worse/panic more than Kaiba, regardless of who's the one pregnant. An accidental teenage pregnancy would hit too close to home for him and the way people have viewed and treated him. Plus, his financial situation would make having a kid so much more dire for him.
Kaiba, for better or for worse, is shielded by his money and power and privilege. At least his canon self would be. He doesn't have to worry as much about the impact to his image or his life because he is financially stable. Hell, he could probably hide the pregnancy more easily by flying whoever is pregnant somewhere out of public view (or for an abortion if you want to go that route).

here's what i know to be facts about the characters
Kaiba is more excited than anything to have children. He plans on adopting kids at some point (and Jou has to negotiate him down from 10)
Jounouchi is trans masc. There are a lot of different experiences there, but I generally write him as a) fine for the most part with penis-in-vagina sex (he just wants to get off) and b) not interested in or not able to afford any kind of gender affirmation surgery. I actually love when people draw him without top surgery, and it needs to be done more.
Kaiba does not like condoms, and Jou thinks the pull out method counts as safe sex. You see where this goes.
personally, i've been fiddling with a story that involves an adult Jou getting whoopsie pregnant and the boys trying to figure out how to have a family. the emotions i picture with this revelation are: shock, horror, fear, love, excitement.
i also think jounouchi and shizuka (i write her pregnant a lot for some reason) have a lot of baggage around having kids. i do not think either of them, at any point, would actually feel ready for it. i think the characters can make choices to get pregnant and want to start their own families, but the amount of trauma from their family will take a long time to navigate. neither really want to take the time to unpack it. (i imagine shizuka being like "i don't have a dad", and it makes it so much easier to deal with)
now, teen pregnancy kaijou
abortion is probably the best answer for both of them. as someone who loves an abortion themed romcom, i think this could work. jou getting pregnant, kaiba going into overdrive to take care of him, maybe some arguing about autonomy, ends with an abortion, maybe with a flash forward to them more grown, at a different doctor's office, deciding to take the plunge into having kids together.
i do think if teenaged Jou got pregnant, it would be a crash out. he would freak. honestly, adult Jou is gonna freak too, but teen Jou has no coping mechanisms for this. i picture him throwing himself into dangerous situations, or trying to take control in increasingly insane ways. Teen Kaiba, who we know is a master of coping with things that are out of his control, would also probably flip trying to chase down Jou and get him to do what he needs him to do, whether that's what Jou wants or not. it's the norm for these two to be constantly trying to overpower each other, or push their dynamic in a specific way direction when they feel out of control, and i think it would come to that: i.e. two teenagers blowing up at each other in the middle of the hallway in the worst possible way.
you could throw in a little gozaburo if you wanted and have him pushing to make this little problem disappear. i like the thought of jou's mom being from new york, and maybe he even disappears with her for a little while and they reconnect (maybe with jou's mom sharing her own pregnancy stories, so they can share with each other). plenty of family drama to dig into here, and it is the tangled root of the problem.
in all scenarios, kaiba wants that baby. in some scenarios, he could assess that jou's health and wellbeing is more important than that baby. but he does want it. and he's a kajillionaire, so some problems could be solved with that.
i do think teen!kaijou would probably choose not to keep the baby. there are about 100 reasons why it's a bad idea. now grown!kaijou, we'll see
(i also picture the ultrasound scene from inventing anna, where vivian is screaming and freaking out, and her husband is like "i can see you're upset, but you are ruining the happiest moment of my life". that's a kaijou scene.)
Iāve been pregnant twice and have three kids and pregnancy is the last thing I want to ever think about again lol. That being said, I do tend to have an easier time accepting Jou as the pregnant one. Kaiba is too much of a control freak. Even in a planned pregnancy thereās too many things outside your control (My own example trying for one more and getting twins!) Gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, emergency c-sectionsā¦the possibility of any of those things would drive him nuts and are basically just things that happen and not really preventable. I can see him wanting kids when heās older but definitely think a teen oopsy would end in an abortion for him.
Jou I see freaking out but embracing it at any stage of life. Sure heās a little rough around the edges but he would want to be a good parent and to do the ārightā thing. As a teen it would be a huge emotional struggle, especially the financial aspect and the lack of decent parenting in his life. Would probably lead to some dependency on Kaiba to do the right thing and take care of him. Which with their various possible dynamics could go either really well or really bad. Personally I prefer to write a healthy dynamic for them but I have no problem reading the unhealthy or toxic ones either.
Not a topic I plan to write a story for but I do enjoy seeing what others come up with! Iāve read some really good fics featuring them and pregnancy.

Of course Iāll also die on the hill that he should have beat Marik and gotten Ra, but I guess that would have taken too much focus from Yugi/Atem.
when a child with chronic or terminal illness or a disability/their sibling is well informed about the condition strangers love to say "no child should have to know that š¢" yeah well i think the world would be significantly better if more children knew about that actually. teach your healthy kids about illness teach your abled kids about disability Please !
Children should know about it because children become adults who need to know. And anyone can become disabled at any time. Disability does not discriminate.

He did improve just from 16-18, that wasnāt, yknow, nothing. Give him a little time honestly!!! I mean to be clear heād be dragging his feet kicking and screaming the whole time. But yknow. From personal experience I can say gestational diabetes is a separate level of hell, and that high risk twins would absolutely drive him mad with all the appointments and the worries.
