but WHAT HAPPENED between mike and al because they seemed very tight in the 70s, meditating, being healthy, fighting dennis and carl, and going so far as to charter a separate jet so dennis wouldn't blow blue razz ice vape everywhere. they basically made MIU together and were constantly playing "two moms disputing over mothering a baby before king solomon" with d&c with brian presiding as baby. our beloved MAGA boys bruce and mike were back to 👨‍❤️‍💋‍👨 by 1979 but mike and al still seemed pretty tight in the 80s and after dennis' death, carl had lost his ally and seemed to give up on the whole thing and go along with whatever team mike was doing. but SOMETHING happened in the late 80s that led to some major beefing in the 90s with al walking out of summer in paradise, being fired by mike (and presumably carl), mike's wife allegedly threatening to beat al with a hot iron. mike seemingly believed that al was going to testify for him during the lawsuit with brian and then he didn't lol. then they went completely separate ways after carl died and mike love got his right to play as the beach boys w his new boy toy Uncle Jessie from Full House. and al seethes about mike online and goes in public and calls him "that whore".
