Help: Interview Questions for Final Project

I'm working on my final project for my summer college course, and the topic of my final project has to do with personal experiences being a member of the Sims online community.

I created a google form "interview" with questions regarding your experiences being a member of the community. It would be so helpful to me if you could take the time to fill it out/share it with others.
