underrated type of accident:
when a person has their legs in a pretzel, crossed as much as possible, they're doubled over, and frozen to the spot as they try to regain control.
whoever's watching them thinks they're still trying to hold it, until they see rapid drips or a full-on river running out of their pant leg, down near their ankle, with a puddle growing quickly under their heel. they're wearing black pants, and maybe the area isn't lit very bright, so you wouldn't otherwise notice that they'd lost the fight... they're still frozen in place. but once the observer knows to look for it, they can see a faint darkening of the fabric at their crotch, and some glistening on their thighs, and they can see the wetter's legs shaking. they're probably feeling warm wetness in an embarrassing line down their whole leg, and more is welling up at their crotch, and starting to spill down the other leg as well... it's starting to drip off of their butt because of how they're bent over.
by now, their accident is given away, and another person or two in the vicinity has probably noticed, but they're politely choosing not to say anything about it. the wetter looks upset as it is... they clearly didn't mean to, but also, no one else is really sure what to do about it either.
but for a moment there, they were peeing, and nobody knew yet. if the conditions were right, they might've even been able to get away with it.

date idea inspired by the fact i went to a movie today and ended up pretty desperate by the end:
going to a movie, but not letting your partner know so they end up not being able to use the bathroom before, buy them a large drink and insist they drink it bc you already paid for it.
during the movie any time they try to get up, stop them saying “i heard there’s a really important part coming up” or “there’s only x minutes left, surely you can hold it”
once the movie is over, either let them go or preferably, tell them that it’s not worth going in the theater bc there’s always lines so to just hold it until you get home
if they make it, once home, maybe offer them their sweet release, or beat them to the bathroom, maybe saying something like “oh i know you also had to go, but my drink just hit me on the way back home, you understand?” while they’re clearly about to have an accident. let them hear you, morning about how good it feels to release while they are desperately waiting outside the door. maybe open the door while washing your hands so they have to see the water running, standing in their way so they can’t quite get to the toilet yet.
