To clarify why I like Lanque;

He’s a “pro8lematic” character, and he’s also trans. The only depictions I have seen of transmen, ever, in popular media has 8een of soft, cute, feminine guys who are early in their transitions, who still have squeaky voices, 8ig hips, and not a mean 8one in their 8ody. They are used for sympathy points, and only sympathy points.
