We, (Najwa, Jana, Farah, and Maryam), are the sisters of Shaheed Khalid Saed Ash-Shawwah, who was martyred on 07/31/24 along with Al Jazeera correspondent Ismail Al-Ghoul and his colleague, photographer Rami Al-Rifi . Khalid was our older and only brother and he was a great support for us and others. As you may heard Khalid’s story in the news, he was bombed while he was riding his bicycle coming back from delivering food to our old and injured neighbors.
Before the IDF forces killed our brother Khalid, they forced us to evacuate our house and left everything behind. They then destroyed our house and our father’s restaurant. We had to move at least 10 times since every new area we seek refuge to gets bombed.
Currently, the 4 of us and our parents, are living devastating and sad life in a bombed room in Gaza. It is extremely difficult for us to get the basic needs of food, water, and shelter.
We sincerely hope you can empathize with our dire situation and consider supporting us. We are raising funds in order to be able to pay the rising cost of basic necessities in north Gaza. Our family is large and the cost of survival in north Gaza is astronomical. If you have anything you can spare, we implore you to support us. I was born in Gaza and live there. I worked in the field of sanitary supplies. With a lot of sadness, pain and sorrow, today on behalf of my grieving family My family consists of my father, Raed, who is 47 years old, my mother, Amani, who is 39 years old, and me along with my five siblings: my sister Rasha, who is 22 years old and married; my sister Rana, who is 21 years old and married; myself, Monir; my brother Mohamed, who is 16 years old; and my little sister Sham, who is 4 years old. UN reports North Gaza in particular is seeing a 300% increase in children presenting with acute malnutrition, which field hospitals that are routinely targeted via bombing by the iof are not equipped with handling.
International aid organisations received less than half of the aid needed for the people of Gaza in April, and by July, the number of deliveries to Palestinians had dropped by another 80 percent.
“NRC aid has been blocked for months, with only 2 trucks getting through since May – one of which was looted," according to Norwegian Refugee Council chief.

Siraj Abudayeh @siraj2024 is a Gazan journalist and a father of three.
He and his family have been displaced 7 times.
They have survived multiple recent massacres in Khan Yunis.
They live in a tent that feels like a "convection oven".
He can hear tank fire across the street.
His parents and siblings escaped Deir al-Balah and are now homeless; he has to care for them too.
He needs to raise $5,000 CAD / $3653 USD by the end of the day.
He's probably gotten a hundred thousand notes on his posts at this point.
This has been meaningless. His campaign moves at a glacial pace.
The Palestinian genocide is the fault of the US, UK, Israel, and the imperial core in general.

if you are unable to give to his GFM campaign, please shoot me a DM and i will give you my paypal account. you can send what you would have sent to Siraj to me and i will send it to his GFM in your stead. i will send you a screenshot with proof of donation so you can be sure i am actually giving the money to him! Siraj and i are in contact and he is informed of this.
unfortunately, Siraj's GFM does not take p*yp*l, because the organizer is based in Canada, where choosing this as a payment option is restricted. this has caused people to have issues with giving to his campaign.
