Script for the Genie Story

Draft 1:

1. The morning. First page is the cage/split tiny panels grid

2. Then she gets taken out. All this done from 1st person persective

3. Sits on the chair not much happens.

4. She gets put back into the cage.

5. Nighttime

6. Same thing happens as on the first page.

7. This time passing here somehow broken up on one panel but into small bits so it looks like a long passage of time.

8. Daytime again.

9. This time police (?) bursts in, her mother crying. People talk but the speech in the bubbles is scribbly and undistinguishable.

10. Someone comes up to her and smile sand says things

11. She tries to walk, v. wobbly

12. Outside is extremely rich with detail. She gets taken into a sorta sicency place.

13. She gets shown pictures of things and words slowly start making sense.

14. She speaks in a wobbly wording.

15. Things generally improve, she seems very happy.

16. She is put into a bad place, where people are abusive

17. Stops speaking again, words become scribbly again

18. One of the doctors from the previous study finds her and takes her away. She still refuses to talk

19. Another person gets her started on sign language?

20. She communicates happily in the sign language.
