So I thought the Boys season 5 was only 6 episodes. I watched episode 6 last night and was in shock that they would commit to that ending. I got very excited when the next episode button appeared, so I should finish the series tonight.

I really believed that the writers decided to lean into an “everything is hopeless” moral when homelander got the V1. I was so impressed they had the guts to stick with it lmao

I feel like Im on a quest to try every art form. I just tried charcoal drawing and I love it way more than pencil drawing. I also tried jelly gouache paint, but it wasn’t my favorite. I want to try oil painting but that has to wait until I get my own place because I don’t think painting in my unventilated room is a good plan

actually hate that the bodys response to anything is nausea. ate too much? nauseous. ate too little? nauseous. an imaginary threat got you scared? be nauseous. on your period? you guessed it. sawed into your hand and need to go to the emergency room? perhaps throwing up into your open wound will be of help

My brain is so fried. I’m out here repeating dialogue options and annoying the fuck out of people because I can’t remember what they just said. This is why I should only have to work my regular hours, you can’t be throwing extra shifts on my schedule. It throws off my whole routine

I’m trying to train my cat to do tricks, but dog training methods are not as effective on her. My dog picks up a new trick after like 3 attempts and he gets so excited to do new tricks because he’s a working breed. My cat will stay interested for a couple of attempts and then book it to the other room to try and steal directly from the treat box. She also gets bored of treats fast but giving her pets makes her start spinning around and flipping all over the place. To be fair, she is a 15 year old cat and has never been purposefully taught tricks.

Okay I took a break and now she’s understanding the concept of sit better. I think another day or two and I can stop using treats every time. I think she just needed time to figure out what I wanted, now she’s chilling. I think it also helped that it was just me in the room instead of me and my bf so she had less distractions and less people to try and understand

My boyfriend doesn’t like to read fiction and he’s extremely dyslexic, but he likes isekai anime’s and rpg type stuff so I’m reading the first DCC book outloud to him. He’s really enjoying it but we’ve discovered that one of the cats loves when I read out loud. She starts purring and crawls in our laps and stares at me.
