And Dennis was like no dr Robby I can’t ask you to do all that but he accepted it anyway.

It was Dennis who initiated the kiss and put a new name to whatever they’ve had between them for months despite the painful pining that Robby has had, because he fell for his boss so hard and knew that if he wasn’t the braver one they would be going nowhere further. And Robby was like no I shouldn’t be doing this it’s unfair it’s unethical but he did it anyway.
