From what I have realized, I can only do certain things. I can't do many things one after the other. My limit, apparently, is to clean the house, then start doing a thing I will do for the next 5 hours, then take a break to follow a mindless hobby and eat, come back to my thing for an hour and a half, eat, then do another hobby/writing. I can take 20 minute breaks to exercise. This is my maximum. I can't absolutely do another thing besides cleaning, studying, eating, taking showers, sleeping, singing and writing with 20 minute breaks. Which kind of bothers me. If I learnt to do just one more thing we would be saved
