it's not on my high list either, but i think i'm the only one in my family who will willingly consider eating the fruit cake brought to the family gatherings. no official date has been set. we kind of haven't talked too much about it since the proposal. we are kind of taking it at our own pace.

depends on what area you are in and if there is a bakery open this late. i'm sure there is some place out there that's willing to still be open.

this may be weird but i kind of like fruit cake? it's like the black sheep of actual cake, and i feel like it gets a shitty reputation for no reason.

Oh buddy. Cake is one of my food groups! There are so many good flavors. My favorite is always double chocolate withe fudge icing, but red velvet is good too. Did your mom enjoy her mothers day?
i try not to eat cake and other sweets too often, but after stuffing my face with it today i kind of never wanna let it go. i forgot just how much i missed it. double chocolate fudge sounds like death to me, but a sweet death. she really did enjoy her mothers day. on the actual day i took her to the casinos and spent the day with her, my sister, and my niece and nephew, but she's kind of been excited about this whole wedding thing so i let her indulge.

i really did enjoy the double fudge brownie cake we tried, and my mom really liked the red velvet as well. she's very old school in that way, and it was her favorite growing up.

Ay, you know red velvet cake is just straight up chocolate cake that’s made w/ vinegar and buttermilk that kinda messes with the color, yeah? But also people add food coloring now, too. Not saying it’s not delicious, ‘cause it is! But there’s a fun fact for ya. Me, I like spice cake. Or um, boston creme. Which some might say is a pie, technically, but I just say it’s heaven in my damn mouth, haha.
that is honestly a pretty good fact i had no idea about. i would have never known about that until just now so thank you for that. it still is pretty delicious, but now hearing it's simply chocolate cake with added ingredients kind of kills it's vibe for me. boston creme is so fucking delicious, and yes it is a pie, but we'll call it a cake as well because it's on that level.

i am not looking forward to the stress that comes with planning a wedding. i never thought in a million years i would even have a wedding to plan, but here i am being that guy who has to think about cake tasting. lemon cake is pretty good, though, i'll admit. is that the kind of cake you had at your wedding?
i never knew there were so many flavors of cake out there. i had taken my mom out to lunch to treat her as a late mother's day gift and somehow we wound up at a bakery stuffing our face with every single cake flavor known to man. on a much brighter note i now have a new found love for red velvet. what are some of your favorite cake flavors?

I’ve been so obsessed with watching ‘Wheel of Fortune’, I’m honestly so in love with it that I feel like I’m becoming so old, so fast. I’ve become so good at it from watching it that I’m just feeling like I need to stop watching and get back to watching Gotham or Shameless, or OUAT, or something normal like that. Yet…right this second, I’m watching ‘Wheel of Fortune’.

i ran into this.. insanely creepy guy while i was out. we had nice small talk then it turned to him calling me pretty a lot. that’s fine, i’ll take a compliment. though then it escalated into him saying he’d love to touch my boobs and wanted to sleep with me. we’re in public, hell no! he offered the fucking woods.. i never walked away so fast in my life.
we have a term for creepy fuckers like that and we call them serial killers. he didn't try and follow you after you left did he? that's fucking crazy.
