First is nicholas,

girl in my profile picture most of the time. Mostly outta habit. Theres like 5 percent faith she’ll turn it around but its looking bleak. She’s a chillian performative leftist, chronically offline but is the leader of the group. Nick made the channel because he’s a finance major who got a degrees in buisness. All thier views came when they played together so Nick thought it be a good idea to create a group channel. The others are frankly, uninterested. So Nick manages all the merch, activities, events, sponsorships and announcements. Very cute but a very bad finance major. She has diagnosed anxiety and I suspect ocd. Causing nick to have the people pleasing tendencies of a younge tommyinnit but more desperate. Nicks mostly like Tommy, although even more hungry for approval and praise. Seeing Nick fake laugh at a joke is painful because he cannot act. Is so stuffed full of toxic masculinity and make Tommy look well adjusted. This is mostly internalized but gets externalizrd towards feminine people such as vernias and his ex girlfriend. He desperately has been trying to get people to regard him as cool but the fandom regards him as angry issues (cause of both racism of his being Hispanic but also he snaps at the others harshly when slighted even a little) but also is described often as “puppy” drives Nick. Absolutely insane but Nick also is afraid to argue with his fanbase so he just pouts and gets a haircut about it. Thats wife! When nicks not pissing me off.

Next is what th fandom call the group leader because thier mostly children’s

Brent. “King of skill” or what everyone who isent in his direct eyesight call him “hothead”

I don’t have a good mcyt comparision, he has a lot of the same neurodivergence that technoblade did. Although he has autism instead of adhd. Hes the “king of skill” cause he gets fixated on somthing and learns every single tip and trick to be the best or optimize whatever thier doing. Like techno with his potato’s. Also a general disinterest in like whatever people are doing and really only joining the group channel cause he likes his friends. They also both like to say a joke every sentence but Brent’s style of humour is. The same joke over and over and then he laughs very loudly at it. Unlike techno’s dry humour.

That’s where the similarities end cause while techno was more of a jokey calm dude who literally worked on merch for his death. Brent fucking hates everything. He hates people (self proclaimed) he hates his fanbase, he hates me, he probably hates whoever’s reading this. This dude is so fucking angry all the damn time.

He dosent leave the house. He dosent have fucking friends but pc and mela, so he used to sit in the shared discord and then 14 year old would go into qna and be like “hey Brent, can you guys play donkey Kong it’s funny” and he would be like “no. That’s fucking stupid why would you ask me that”. He did that everyday for 2 fucking years. he would go in qna and be mad they asking questions.

He’s just. Not aware socially so he will yell and insult people and then be very confused they don’t wanna talk to him. just a ball of angry and confusion that nobody is reacting to information the same way he is.

Then never let it go ever. He will spy on pc fans cause he’s fixated on pc so he’s fixated on them. It’s insane, kinda like how dream stalks people but not at all not really.

Third is. Um. Vernias.

He’s a lot like tubbo, a lot not. Tubbo in that he’s an openly queer creator, tries to be actually woke when he can figure it out. And he’s a bodybuilder who likes to drink and talk about sex.

I need you to imagine the dumbest person you ever met. No dumber, no not conservative go back up, okay, right there. Yea he’s a mess.

His life is kinda a ao3 authors note come to life. You thought they were lying but you never met vernias. Abused by family, sick his whole life, undiagnosed his whole life, tried to learn to drive and got in a car crash. Broke his back, abused by a roommate. Almost confronted by a stalker, probably 10 others thing from this year alone. Bros just the embodiment of Murphy law.

I don’t have a lot to say about him because despite being the luck equivalent to a black cat. I watch him the least and he dosent cause problems like the others. His fits just ass that ain’t a crime. If we imprisoning people with assfits ranboo would be in alchatraz.

Compared to the rest however. I think he’s neurotypical and mentally doing okay. He dosent have any of the personality issues the others have. He has irl friends and goes out a lot. Gets invited to a lot of places, He graduated college and is the only one looking for a real job. So despite having the brain capacity of a tin can he is probably mentally doing the best outta all of them. Whitch considering his terrible life is something I do genuinely give him props on.

Needs to work on that sexual sentence every other sentence though that is a tic that needs to be nipped sooner rather then later.

What to say about him that ain’t already been said,

Ranboos reincarnation, but somehow doing better in life. But not by much.

Diagnosed autistic with suspected ADHD as well as bipolar 11 disorder, extremely religious, conservative and neglectful upbringing. Extremely depressed and passively suicidal. I watch these two balantro YouTubers play together and if you like dumbasses doing stuff I think thier perfect

Marq and Robbie, they play multiplayer balantro and they are some dumbasses. But. In a good way.

The videos are on average 2 hours long of straight gameplay with cuts in between them. Very little side effects of editing Whitch I enjoy because fast pace editing gives me a headache. The two aren’t very loud either but they do yap a lot. The first thing I do when I notice I’m getting some motion is making sure people have a reason to talk about me organically. This starts with developing a clear persona and subtly changing elements as my fandom creates headcanons. Stealing the ideas that sound cool.

I get a name that dosent sound like gleeglorp, oomf keeps trying to tell me about they knew favs and my dyslexic assis struggling.

I also want an iconic color scheme/theme/symbol.

Think dreams smiley face mask. It’s extremely effective because it’s simple but iconic. (Hate giving dude props but he could market). Tommys design was simple but the red and white tea is inconic and slap the design on anything and people would know. Grabs a common association like tubbos bees. Or a pattern like evbos headband and overall color scheme. Somthing to to use as shorthand, somthing able to make into a emblem and used as a signifier of who I am.

Then. I will make a giant boundairy list. And the main gist of it will be “idc what you to with me or my persona. No kids and no animals”

As long as they don’t mention it in my chat. Cause I’ll be family friendly. And I won’t but into fans content either if it’s romantic or sexual in anyway. Yall do you

Schlatt being tubbos dad is complete fanon but it’s the reason goat tubbo game into existence. People loved the headcannon so much it’s the basis for a lot of fics, art, discussions and cosplays. A lot of people don’t like shipping they like platonic stuff. Thats what most of the dsmp is, I need a complicated mother figure or deeply tragic sibling for being to relate to, kin with and think about.

Now that I got the fandom meet established we go onto the fun part. Monitoring my fandom. Not to control them, but to learn and react to thier wants and grievances. Also cause anybody about me I gotta know.

I make a dedicated art twitter and repost fanart of varying skill level I like. This excites my fandom who feels appricated and they draw more, to which I repost more. I hire a admin but check it myself so nothing stupid gets reposted. Like art where I look a mess. Dreams art acct was a good idea before he got defensive and pretended it was all a big joke cause he’s fans art was “so funny”

Then I steal an idea from Tommy. A dedicated vlog archive acct, where I pay an artist or multiple artists to make thumbnails. Letting my fandom have access to earlier content AND getting my artists happy, remeber happy artists-> more art- more visibility and staying port .

I see what update accts pop up. Find the one I like the best and follow them. Establishing an appreciation for thier work and someone who will alert my fans to my moves.

Then. The fun part.

I make an alt acct and infuriate my rpf/nsfw/crit fandom. I see the happenings. I make another alt to join my dox/crit fandoms. To see what they found. Yes once again it’s the dream approach. Sometimes he had good ideas.

Were we differ is I would find one person from the nsfw side and pay them to monitor it for me. See what thier saying. If my fans have a fixation on my feet I wanna know. If they found images of me in band class (I hated band Omg) I wanna know. Fat chance this leaks too but belive me cc’s knowing about leak/nsfw never stopped the spaces before.

As I grow bigger I’ll have my admins join popular spots to discuss me and see what people are saying. I will soon grasp and top to bottom view of my fandom. Nothing will get past me, if thiers a artist everyone hates I won’t accidently hire them and if their attracted to a certain outfit I will wear it as a treat when I need a quick spike in viewership.

I’m a bit of a control freak but with good fan apprication they shouldent mind me spying.

All this combined with befriending ALOT of creators. Making sure I have access to any mcyt community I desire. Trying not to make enemies but also not being a centrist bitch so my fans think I’m cool. I will engadge in fan wars. You will not insult my fans. I will be known as being blunt but open my fans nonsense. Nobody else’s.

Donos will be turned off. I morally dislike the practice but merch will always be stocked. Shipping to as many places as I can force the manufacturer.

After Covid.

With all these steps I should have gained myself an active loyal fanbase. Yes it will shrink by alot after Covid but YouTubers like tubbo. Are able to keep up good numbers. By slowly adding variety while keeping mcyt at a forefront. Gaining new fans and keeping old ones interested.

Thier will also be no discord I dislike the practice. But fan discords are allowed and encouraged. I’m just not directly talking to my fans on discord.

That’s spookys plan if I was thrust into dsmp fame. Taking dreams obsessive need to both have open boundaries and control his fandoms . Tommy’s brand of marketing and fancontent bait, and tubbos consistent interaction and keeping up with fans wants and desires.
