How is everyone doing today? Me? I had my second day of training, went awesome and working around chocolate is the best. We have these chocolates, which is a little square of milk or dark chocolate topped with fucking flavored ganache dudes.....it's amazing. I did Anise, strawberry, ginger, raspberry, and coffee. And then, I dipped figs in chocolate but my dudes....the figs were fucking filled with WHISKEY GANACHE. My job is amazing, I love it, I'm so sad that it's seasonal but hopefully I can get a similar job afterwards. I hope all of you have a good day, and thanks for sticking around. Ill be following more of you lovelies...there's just so many of you lol.
